Real Positive Pregnancy Test Prank Novels & Stories

"Are you serious? Are you actually pregnant? This is not a joke, right? Because Anna, it would be super mean if this was a prank. You don't joke about being pregnant." "This isn't a prank!" I stand up with a bright smile and tears prickling behind my eyelids. "I'm pregnant! Every test shows positive! Oh-my-god, Robin, we are going to be parents!" His eyes widen to a comical size. "You're not joking?" I shake my head while my lips part to reveal a shaky smile. "I'm not joking, Robin. I'm entirely serious." Tears fall down his cheeks while an over-the-moon smile spreads over my husband's lips.

Even setting aside medical ethics, a doctor would face serious consequences if the truth was revealed. Pierre hesitated for a moment before he smiled. "Peggy is quite the schemer. When it was time for the urine test, she brought a sample from another pregnant woman in the bathroom and submitted it as her own. Of course, the results showed she was pregnant. That's how she completely fooled Zayden!" Calla was astonished to hear that. It was hard to believe Peggy had managed to pull off such a stunt.

"If you did then you won't be pregnant!" "What do I have to do to convince you that I'm not pregnant?!" I sobbed. "This result is fake! I never gave my consent for this." "I was tipped of the possibility a few weeks ago and I secretly had this test done without your knowledge because I suspected you would refuse if I asked," Conan said. "This is real, May." "I would have agreed!" I yelled. "I have never lied to you and I will never do that!"

“He said he wanted to be with me indefinitely…but I just wasn’t sure…” I pat her back lightly. “Then what happened?” “I decided to prank him.” My eyes nearly bug out of their sockets. “Nessa. You didn’t.” “Oh, yes I did. And he failed. Horribly.” “Well, what kind of prank was it?” Another deep breath, “I lied to him that I was pregnant. I bought a fake pregnancy test and fake test results. I just wanted to lay everything on the table to see his reaction. And he…he…” She breaks down and tears run down her smooth cheeks in torrents.

Luna POV I toss the pregnancy test down, feeling a wave of relief, but something still gnaws at me. It doesn’t feel real. I pace the room like a madwoman, while Lilly sits there, laughing like this is all some comedy show. “You know it’s over 99% accurate, right? Not 100%” she says, smirking. “Well, in real life it’s more like 92% because, let’s face it, most people don’t know how to use them properly.”

“I was asking if we should walk out of the room. Juanita is about to add the color to the cake, and we want the gender to be a surprise until tomorrow, right?” I nod and set down the spoon. “Yeah, let’s go.” Wesley leads the way, and I follow him through the door, but we barely make it out of the kitchen before the baby starts kicking. Sharp pain shoots through me, and Wesley turns around with concerned eyes. “Everything okay?” I put a hand on my belly. “Yeah, the baby is just very active today. I think they are trying to make a jailbreak.” Wesley’s lips part in surprise. “Can I...Can I touch your belly?”

Ivy said. I nodded, nervously chewing my nails, "So this is the idea." Ivy started. Suddenly, we were distracted by the sound of my door knob twisting. Ivy and I kept silent to find out who it was. It was likely the last of our microwave popcorn when Katy came in with a bowl of popcorn. "You need a doctor to verify your fake pregnancy if you want to make this thing seem legitimate. In this manner, you will never lose your work again, and he will feel bad for you when you lose the baby." Says Katy.

I furrow my eyebrows at them both. “Good one Gaia. That has to be the best prank ever.” I growl at them and they stop as Kodiak comes forward. “Gaia isn’t lying or pranking. We are pregnant. If you think this is a joke, then you can both fuck off. We are not that sick to lie or joke about this when so many people all around the world struggle to get pregnant. Didn’t today prove anything to you both?” They both look away as they look at the floor in embarrassment for what they have done.

“I had to pull strings, strings, El! I used up two favors and blackmailed one intern to swap out your test results, have another report forged, and sent over to that jerk of an Alpha!” My feet stopped moving. “Wait. What?” “You’re welcome,” she added with a smug toss of her braid. “The new test says you’re totally, tragically, boringly healthy. No baby in sight.” I covered my mouth. Not out of shock, I wasn’t shocked. I was laughing. “You got a fake test made?” “You can thank Dr. Weiss. She still owes me from that time I babysat her hellspawn triplets during her emergency surgery shift.”

“I told Kian that I am pregnant and want to know when pregnant women’s stomachs usually start to show? I want to be sure of when to get a silicone belly to show that I am indeed pregnant” Silence. Another long stretch of silence. I could imagine those hazel eyes almost bulging out of their sockets, with her jaw nearly dropping to the floor and just when— She yelled over the phone. “Are you out of your mind, Zita? You are faking pregnancy! This is Fraud!” My hands moved to the back of my neck, nervously. “Please don’t judge me, Quinn” She scoffed out of disbelief. “What is wrong with you, Zita? Why would you go this far”
