I gave him a sad smile hoping he wouldn't be upset. "Sheesh, here I was trying to approach you and find a way to tell you I just wanted to be friends too. The reason for it is I have been feeling a slight pull to someone but I don't know if it's there because we haven't completed the rejection," he replied while rubbing the back of his neck. Without hesitation, " I, Lilith Conner, of the Silver Moon Pack accept your rejection, Silas Morgan, as my mate."
