Not only did we make it to the end of the case, but we kept our red alive and it's stronger than ever. He pulls me into a hug and I rest my head on his chest, closing my eyes and listening to his heart beat. I know his world isn’t normal, but neither is mine. Hell, the Adair’s don’t back down from anything, and no matter what happens, I’ll stand with him shoulder to shoulder ready to take on the battles. There’s no one I’d rather fight beside and there’s no one I’d rather love for the rest of my life.

It settled on me like a new weight. And, disturbingly, fit. “All right,” I said. “Red Streets Run first. Then we reassess.” I stepped toward that stall. The attendant behind its counter—a mannequin with a spray‑painted red stripe where its eyes should have been—raised its featureless head as my band came within range. “RED STREETS RUN,” it intoned. “TEAM ENTRY. 8–16 PLAYERS PER SESSION. ROUND VALUE: MEDIUM. CROWD FAVORABILITY: RISING.”

Natawa naman si Hellios at nagtuloy na kami sa paglilinis. end of flashback... Who am I? I am Kiyoshi. I am Crimson. I am a Manslayer. I am who I want me to be. I am a person with a random character. It depends on how I want to play my game. Yes, a game that only I understand. A game that is played by us, The Death Legion. We are founded by the Director. We play to satisfy. We play to entertain. We play our own game with no rules and there is only one winner. The Annihilators themselves.

Nereza and Markus are with us while the triplets, my brother, and the three Deltas who replaced Raven are riding the same carriage. There are also five huge wagons, with our warriors inside, tailing us from behind. "Sleep, sweetheart. I'll wake you up when we reached our first stop." I yawned and lean on his shoulder. ***** AFTER TWO DAYS we finally reached Eldham City, the capital city of Vinfort. The land of Vinfort is actually quiet and peaceful. But despite the peacefulness of the place, the remnants of the Blood War remain. We went directly to the Council House, where Counselor Brack, his wife, and the other Council members greeted us. The other Alphas have arrived as well.

I was able to control my anger, more like Seraphina’s anger. “Hey Remi, who’s your new friend?” The red head asked as she hung off of MY mate. “This is Riley RedFang. Riley, this is my brother, Rylen and his girlfriend, Stephanie.” Remi introduced. “RedFang? As in RedFang Defense?” Rylen asked. “The one and only, my dad is the head honcho.” I smirked. “WOW!” Remi said with wide eyes. “A real badass?” She said in awe. I shrugged at her.

I tell Carla to pour some more water in the glass and she does so. Ten. Nine. Eight. I sip the water as I look at Troy with a smirk and he rolls his eyes. At five, I place the glass on the table and start walking towards the couch. The record starts before I'm there and so I start talking as I walk to the couch where Patty is. "Welcome back everyone to the Red Flags show where unveil red flags in relationships and uncover cheating partners." I start looking directly at the camera before Troy says through my earpiece to turn to camera four. The one on my left side.

TRACY Red error codes cascaded down the black terminal screen in an endless, mocking waterfall. *Fatal Exception. Directory Corrupt.* Ice-cold air conditioning blasted from the penthouse vents, raising goosebumps along my bare arms, but a hot bead of sweat still trickled down my spine. The low, mechanical hum of the server racks behind my desk sounded exactly like a ticking clock. Two o'clock. The major investor review started in exactly four hours. Securing their millions in funding was my only objective today. It was the only way to push this diagnostic AI into clinical trials before my own biological clock permanently ran out.

I have feelings to consider, to understand and to feel that I just waited for someone that I deserve their love and deserves mine. I just bumped into someone who's fine-looking, he's named Articus Lawson. My future husband, the one that I am looking for. A tall guy with high regard to everyone. You kissed my forehead while laying down at your limb, you're holding a red thread and you tied it to our pinky fingers and asked, " You know this?" I looked at your dazzling eyes but I have no clue what it was for. " It is the Red Thread of Fate". I just closed my eyes. It was the last that I saw you and I couldn't ever open my eyes again. My last tears touched you, hope in our next life I can abut

His words caused thunder in broad daylight. …what? His friend also squatted down. He poked the red liquid on the ground and sniffed it. "Yes. It's animal blood. We're both hunters, so we're very familiar with this smell." He then glanced at Thea. "You didn't lie to us, did you?"

I whisper in her ear. I start kissing her neck as my hands travel up and cover her breasts. “Jaidyn not here,” she says. I feel someone slap the back of my head and whip around to yell. There stands Dru with his arms crossed. We stand there staring at each other. I cross my arms. “Brady is looking for you. Stop molesting the employees.” Dru tells me. “Fine, but she is not an employee, she is my girl.” I point out.
