Out of My League

Out of My League

“Time for a little story. No pressure, but this one’s important. Gotta have that legacy.” Nik blinked slowly at the pages, completely quiet. He watched intently as I read, voice hushed and monotone. It was a simple book, designed for early readers, full of art in primary colors and a watered-down retelling. The battle for the temple, the miracle of the oil, and the general message of standing up for what’s right. Nik probably didn’t understand any of it yet. He was probably just entranced by the scarlet robe on Judah Maccabee, or the golden gleam of the lamp. But I believed it didn’t matter.

This is a love at first site story you can actually believe happens in real life. The twists and turns make you swoon with how sweet they are to each other when doing normal every day things as well as protecting and defending each other from their families.

in Ellison and Brandon story. violet says she can only speak about kiss but not Sex. and that happened after Brenna has couple of kids and Kiara came back which is after this story. so I am little confused with timing here. I am looking forward for the second part.

You Are Mine

You Are Mine

Only when they were safely tucked into a vase did I read the message that came along with them. Mia, I know this is hard on you, it's been hard on both of us. Nevertheless, I see the end coming and it's leading to a bright future. It's been a day since I held you in my arms and you're still on my mind every waking second. I find myself counting the minutes until I can see you again. I hope you are as well. Until I see you again, think of me. Master Reed P. S. Lizzie said you have a new outfit. Wear it tomorrow and I'll reward you well.

Where Zombies Walk (Book 1 Kendra's Journey)

Where Zombies Walk (Book 1 Kendra's Journey)

Kendra sat in the library with the book, The Hobbit, opened on her lap. When Rex had first shown the room that was lined with books to her, she’d been both intimidated and overwhelmed. She was taught to read by Olga, but the availability of reading material was limited. Therefore, her reading skills were wanting.

REBORN: CLAIMED BY MY MATE’S BROTHER

REBORN: CLAIMED BY MY MATE’S BROTHER

ANASTASIA'S POV “So where did you disappear to yesterday?” Arissa asked, one brow arched, a slow smirk tugging at her lips as I scanned through the science section of the Stormborn Library. I froze mid-reach, fingers hovering over a thick book on wolf biology. “Yeah, I’d like to know too,” Clara added, grinning with just as much mischief. I could practically FEEL my face burst into flames. I snatched the book off the shelf and began flipping through the thick pages, keeping my eyes glued on it like it was suddenly the most fascinating thing in the world. “I didn’t disappear,” I muttered weakly, still flipping.

Rebecca

Rebecca

She held the open for Rebecca and waited for her enter first. Rebecca surveyed the room as she walked in. She was amazed by what she saw. There was a queen-sized bed, which had lemon patterned bedsheet on it; the duvet had the same pattern; the dressing table was close to the windows; there was a baby cot beside the bed; there were paintings hung on the wall-of birds in the air, the forest, a sailboat in the sea and lastly, of an old lady who wore a stiff smile-there was a chest of drawers and a wardrobe at the end of the room, directly opposite the bed. As curious as she was, Rebecca walked towards the cot. Inside the cot, there were baby clothes as well items the baby would be fond of when

Raven's Waking Dream

Raven's Waking Dream

I blush while looking over at Raven who approaches me with a few books in hand. “What did you find?” I question while holding up a pair of shorts checking if they will fit. I smiled when I see Rebecca grabbing tank tops in colors, she knows I love. “I found a couple pregnancy books that look good, and I found this one of Viking stories it reminds me of Vaari,” Raven answers while showing me the books and I smile remembering Mummo Adaline and Vaari Jyrki always reading us stories. “They look good, thank you,” I smile while grabbing the story book and open it seeing that it looks like Mummo’s book or at least the illustrations do.

Curse of the Wolves

Curse of the Wolves

A book came out along with his hand, both fully intact. “The Courage to Trust,” by Dr. Franklin Reed. He had to be joking. There were hidden cameras here somewhere, I just knew it. No fucking way was the god of wolves cracking open a self-help book from the mortal realm. Sure enough, he fanned through the book eagerly, skipping over several chapters in the process. The tip of his tongue appeared from between his plump lips. He found the page he’d been looking for and quickly skimmed it. With a satisfied hum, he chucked the book behind his shoulder where it was swallowed up by that strange, shimmering magic.

Absolutely love this book, couldn't put it down. I've honestly read it more than once haha. Any chance I can buy it in paperback? This is a great book, give it a chance you won't be disappointed. Love the characters, love the book, love it!

I love this story so much that I kept reading, not realizing it was already four in the morning, and I had to wake up to take my kids to school at 7. every story by this author is beautifully written and addictive, but I love the humor and the strong female character in this story the most.

The Reaver Chronicles: Raziel (Book 1)

The Reaver Chronicles: Raziel (Book 1)

I sucked it up quickly, and decided it was pointless to beat around the bush. "I was hoping that I would be able to read a book with information on Reavers. I don't know much about them, but if I may be one, I think I have a right to know more." I said, hoping he would know what book I meant, this being a dream and all. "You mean the book from the other day?" He questioned, as he snapped his fingers and produced a book with a silver spine. It was the exact book from my last dream. I longed to get my hands on it.

My Death Contract

My Death Contract

“Laundry, Clint, Me.” Brayden’s room was in between the other two. Meredith was quite curious what kind of room he grew up in. Of course, it was modern grays, blacks, and whites. A small bookcase with inspiration and leadership type books. There was one book that was fictional and not related to becoming the perfect little CEO. Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland. Meredith blinked several times at it and became a little dizzy. Brayden closed the other two doors and entered his room, closing the door behind him.
