Magnus: Dragon Prince

Magnus: Dragon Prince

Rex said, lowering his head, the words Buckins used cut a little deeper than expected, he had started to become a little spoilt, throwing the royalty word around a bit lately to get his own way. “Very good, the shelves are that way” Buckins said, his mood lifting a little at Rex’s words, bouncing off with a quiet whistle to fetch the books he needed for Rex’s lesson. Huffing a little, Rex gripped his duster and made for the rows he was instructed to dust off, after ten minutes, the task had already become mind-numbing, so to make it easier for him to complete the task, Rex started looking at the book covers he was cleaning. This is actually a book! Most of the things I read on here have chapters consisting of 800 words or less This on the other hand has chapters that are 2k words on avg. plus the content is amazing. It could use a better editor cause there are a few gramatical errors, but overall, its my favorite book!

Moonlight's Deception

And he seemed to be referring to something he didn’t think of specifying. “I’m afraid it did.” Professor Rhyb stood up and went to the farthest bookshelf. He pulled down a thick book with a dusty red cover and brought it back to the desk. Clara recalled where she saw that book when her mind took her back to the late-night library heist with Holly last night. He flipped the book into a certain page and Alex went beside him, having his share of the view to something interesting.

Professor Lucien

“Or maybe, just maybe, try being normal.” But I’m not listening anymore. My fingers ghost over the spine of the book. "Can I borrow it?" The question leaves my mouth before I think it through. Mia looks at me—surprised, maybe even impressed. “Sure but who do you want to practice on?" "Uhm no one." "Of course. You should not waste your time, those stuff don't work."Kiera plops down on my side of the bed. “Page forty-eight. ‘The rescue reflex.’ Make someone feel like they have to fix you. It triggers something primal—especially in guys.”

THE REFLECTION GAME

THE REFLECTION GAME

The book was already lying on the table, as if someone had placed it there for them. “That’s not creepy at all,” Logan said, frowning. Anna stepped forward, her hand trembling as she picked up the book. The leather cover was cold, and the faint smell of burnt wood lingered in the air. She flipped through the pages quickly until she found the one on The Reflection Game. “There,” she said, pointing to the text. “It says we need to close the circle by returning the reflections to where they came from. But…” She trailed off, her face paling.

Rex (Book 5)

Rex (Book 5)

She was worried about wearing a bathing suit, and everyone would see the redness as if mosquitos had poked her, but she had nothing to worry about. Another yawn escapes my mouth. I grab my folder and return to my room. The TV sound was turned on, and Rex was lying on the bed snoring. It wasn't a loud and suffocating snore, and it was a manly snore. I chuckle and put back my folder inside my backpack. I used the restroom to relieve myself before going to bed. I slip under the blanket and cuddle next to Rex, wrap my arm around his waist, and lay my head against his chest. He stirs and pulls me close as his breath breeze through my skin, caressing.
