I took in a steady breath, trying to calm myself down. Just before I was about to leave the room, Liam jolted into his bed. I stood frozen as I looked over at him. He wasn’t waking up, but his body had stiffened, and it jolted once more; it was like a spasm. Then blood began to ooze out of his mouth.

I'm scared to look at my body, I already expect small bruises on my body, but this dream doesn't look like I'm just going to end up with just small bruises. I was drenched in my sweats, my bed is not only wet, it is soaking wet. Likewise, I hesitantly looked over my body, and I was right, I don't only have bruises, but I also have big cuts, but the cuts are very visible to other people. I have to apply a band-aid before the bleeding could stop. “If this nightmare continues, I'm going to surely bleed to death in my sleep.” I muttered, making my way to the bathroom to take my bath.

Victoria helped me stand, supporting me as I rinsed my mouth at the sink. My reflection looked terrible…I was pale and sweating, my eyes looked too wide. She led me back to the bedroom and made me sit on the edge of the bed. “Tell me what happened,” she said, sitting beside me. “What did you dream about?” I tried to remember the details, but they were already fading. Slipping away like water through my fingers. “I don’t know,” I said honestly. “Blood. Someone was dying. The smell of…” I stopped, my stomach threatening to rebel again.

It just kept hurting repeatedly. The more I kept recalling the dream I had, I puked, trying my best not to faint, but my heart kept aching. The door opened before me, revealing Caspian as he walked up silently to me. “Are you alright?” He then switched on all the lights in my room, and as soon as his gaze fell on me, his eyes widened. “Why is blood coming out of your mouth?” he came to me and held my head with his hands. What was he doing to me?
