Ruthless Billionaire Ex-Husband's Regret

Ruthless Billionaire Ex-Husband's Regret

The way his fingers flexed against his thigh, as if holding back something unspeakable. Regret. I could see it creeping in, settling heavily on his shoulders. He was mourning the years he had lost, the moments he had missed. I wished there was something, anything I could do. But time doesn’t pause, doesn’t rewind. No matter how much we wish to hold on, it always slips through our fingers.

I really love this story, everyone should try to read it, a very good plot. I just thought that in the end they would have adopt Elisa, because one of the dreams of Ash was to adopt a child. And I guess Dan never new about the friendship of his aunt with Ash, and Ash never new she was Dan's relative

This is the best book I’ve read on Good novel App. Story revolves around the main characters and it’s not over exaggerated. Something common girl can relate to. There are a few grammatical errors but that can be overlooked as the story is great.

DEEPEST REGRET

DEEPEST REGRET

Father's name is too holy for his sinful self. Unconsciously, Ayden wiped Delisha's tears in the corners of her eyes. Ah, why should there be regrets in life? Or why do regrets always come late? The man swallowed his saliva roughly. He was also devastated by all of this, and he felt tormented by all the things that happened to him.

My Ex-Husband’s Regret

My Ex-Husband’s Regret

Tori’s voice was barely a whisper. “It was a mistake.” I exhaled heavily. “But you’re unhappy with your marriage.” “I’ve lived with that for the past three years, surely I can do that for a few more.” “Really? You’re going to do this?” “I ask again. How much to make you leave and keep quiet?” “I don’t want your goddamned money. You’re going to regret this.” She picked up her bag and walked out the door, slamming it behind her. I had to hold myself back from screaming my lungs out. Lately, I found myself doing things and regretting them immediately.

A Regret in Red

A Regret in Red

"Aurora! I told Damian I wanted to apologize, and I can't believe he brought you here. I know I was wrong that day. Will you forgive me?" I looked at Damian, but he just kept flipping through the auction catalog in silence. So that was the real reason for this trip. So Clara could apologize. The whole “clearing my head” excuse had just been a cover. I felt empty inside, as if something inside me had been hollowed out, but I didn't even have any tears left to cry. Clara reached for my hand, her eyes full of regret. "I really didn't mean to hurt you. I was just so excited. After being away so long, it's nice seeing everyone again, and I can't help but feel happy

No Longer Shadow Of My Sister: Divorcing The CEO

He mutters, " If you are sorry, then be sorry for yourself and your marriage. I am sure she asked for divorce because of your ignorance. I am warning you, Travis, the tendency of keeping the old memories and unable to erase them for the sake of your present will lead you to somewhere regretting!" Travis's eyes widen in shock. But not because of the warning but a sudden strong squeeze in his heart. He falls on knees, clenching his chest. His face turns and he gasps to suck some air in, but failed. The word regret keeps hitting his chest like drums. He is regretting, he is in pain because of the

MY EX-HUSBAND REGRET

MY EX-HUSBAND REGRET

"Beverly, my decision kills me every night, and yes, you are, once again, correct. I could have handled things better. I could have not hurt Clara like that, but I was blinded by something so flashy that I buried my true feelings, and now, it was back to bite me in the ass!" I was breathless, pained, sweaty, annoyed. There were so many emotions, so much hate that was directed toward myself more than anyone else. Beverly's smile disappeared. "Oh, you do have a heart!" "Surprise," the word fell out empty, void of any enthusiasm. "So if you're going to ask me if I regret it? I do! I fucking regret letting Clara go. I

MY EX WANTS ME BACK

MY EX WANTS ME BACK

Chapter Six Too Late Abe Regret was a funny thing. People always talked about it like it arrived all at once. Like a lightning strike. Like some dramatic realization that changed everything overnight. In reality? Regret came in pieces. Tiny little reminders scattered throughout your day. A song. A scent. A restaurant. A laugh that sounded almost like hers. And every single one felt like a knife. I stared out the floor-to-ceiling windows of my office. The city stretched endlessly below.

Your Regret Isn't My Problem

Your Regret Isn't My Problem

"I messed up. You're better than this. Just let me go!" Eric yanked her back a step, pale and wrecked. "Lena, I screwed up." I stepped out of the elevator, baby bump out, Shelby and my legal team right behind me. Briana lost it. "Lena, I swear I've changed! I'm begging you!" I stopped. Looked down at both of them. Zero sympathy. "Briana, I'm not a rehab center." Calm. Cold. She stepped closer, jaw tight. "We've paid enough. I got kicked out, Eric too. We're broke. What else do you want?"

Sold to the Mafia king

“All I'm trying to say is that if we lose this deal, there won't be another chance.” I exhaled heavily. “I know. I... I'm sorry for this.” The apology felt foreign on my tongue. I rarely apologized. In my world, every decision I made was calculated and justified. Regret wasn't something I entertained on a daily basis. Ever since what happened five years ago, regret has become a part of me. “It's fine, Carlino. Should we go?” he asked while straightening his collar, bending down to gather the files scattered across the pavement.
