Stay Dead This Time

Stay Dead This Time

Stellan Montclair was alive. He shoved the lid aside and sat up in the coffin. His face was deathly white, his lips had gone purple, and his eye sockets were sunken deep. He looked like a corpse that had just crawled out of its own grave. The potion had only just worn off, and his body was still dangerously weak. Even opening his eyes took visible effort. "I'm... not dead..." The words scraped out of him, faint as a dying flame.

Rebirth And Revenge: The Betrayed Heiress's Return

Rebirth And Revenge: The Betrayed Heiress's Return

Sunny Life: “Desert is usually a gentle girl. Getting killed once make a lady a bitch!” Desert: “It’s none of your business. Dark Death, come out and explain. Why did you kill me?” Dark Death: “Do I need a reason to kill you?” Desert: “Can’t you give me a reason? Aren’t you fighting for Lucifer? Last time I saw you standing next to each other. I have a screenshot of it. Dark Death was standing beside Lucifer with invisibility. I just used a kill at that time so, I could see the hidden Phantasm.

it would be more exciting if POV only concerns ML n FL. it's a mess for me when all characters got their own POV. it's kinda mixed up n after a few paragraphs, another POV from other character n it goes on n on.

One good thing about this story is that the FL not only has a doting boyfriend but also a doting mother-in-law. Loved reading this very positive love story of a badass FL. one complaint would be this book needs a lot of corrections. It is a bit messy.

Death Contract

Death Contract

Our next meet was when she died. "Code red! Code red! Calling for Grim 10897456 to the afterlife inn." After the Grim Reaper conference at the Ministry of Death that lasted for two days, this was the announcement I heard when I came out of the haunted house. This century's death ministry is a huge amusement park. Senior Grim's say it fluctuates with each passing century. Yet I have no idea if that is true or not. Well, I don't care either. The code mentioned is mine so I went straight to the ferris wheel which is the way to the after life inn. However before I could board Gavin teased me.

Dead to Please Him

Dead to Please Him

"Mrs. Henderson, she—" "What now? What is she trying this time?" Blake frowned impatiently. "Tell her I'm busy and that I don't have time for her games!" "N-no, Mr. Henderson. Mrs. Henderson seems to be…" The butler took a deep breath as if gathering all his courage before continuing, "It seems she's dead." "Dead?" Blake's expression instantly turned livid. "What the hell are you talking about?" Then, he suddenly recalled the call from the butler that morning.

Playing Dead and Breaking the Don-To-Be

Playing Dead and Breaking the Don-To-Be

My heart sank, and I instinctively tried to step away, but he was already striding toward me. "Ella!" he shouted, his voice cutting through the chatter. "It's really you! You're not dead!" Everyone around turned to look. Their gazes were full of curiosity and scrutiny. I took a deep breath, forcing myself to calm down. "Signor, you've got the wrong person," I said coldly. "I'm Luna Kane, not Ella." "Wrong person?" Vincenzo laughed. His voice dripped with madness. "You can change your name, your hair, everything, but I know you. I'll never forget your eyes, your nose, and the corner of your mouth."

Flying Death

Flying Death

I don’t know why, but something is rotten in my gut and it’s never wrong. We storm through the building, Roddy’s being the last room at the end of the long ass hallway. The door is locked and Grouch sticks his ear to it, then backs up and kicks it open. The immediate stench of death I know all too well hits my nose and I can’t believe nobody has noticed it. It’s at least fifteen doors from mine. Missile and Grouch storm in, but I can already see the lifeless body of Ryan “Roddy” Grimes on the bed. I step in the room and see a needle sticking right out of his fucking arm. His skin is already discolored, he’s been dead a couple days. And nobody even realized it. Some brotherhood we are.

This book has everything in it. Steamy lovemaking, family, danger tigers and more. This book is unlike anything I've read before and it exceeded any expectations I may have had. Brilliant author who never disappoints.

I really enjoyed this story. Your werewolf stories are so different from the typical ones. This one was more like gangs and MCs. It makes it unique. I loved it. I would really love to see a sequel for this one.

When the Example Died

When the Example Died

We have an old rule in our town. Any family with twins must choose one to make an example out of. That is the way to discipline one’s children and ensure they grow up well. Born four minutes before my brother, I became that example. When my brother snuck out to swim in the river, Mom didn’t scold him. Instead, she pressed my head into the river again and again. She finally stopped when my brother cried, yelling that he would never go to the river again. When my brother forgot to switch on the rice cooker, Mom came back home from work only to realize that the rice was still uncooked in the pot. She then served me two bowls of uncooked rice. “Finish them and don’t leave a single grain be

Dead Before You Believed Me

Dead Before You Believed Me

My husband, Matteo Bellini, runs New York's underworld. Everyone said I hit the jackpot when he married me. On our wedding night, right after we made love, he brought in Aria. She was a custom-made AI maid worth millions. Matteo said she had the most advanced lie-detector system in the world. One lie, and I would pay. He kissed me. "My mother betrayed my father. He told me women are all liars. I want to believe you're different, but you have to prove it." From that day on, Aria became my living nightmare. Every time she said I was lying, I got punished. Even when I told the absolute truth. It was always hard slaps and the cold water cell. I cried and begged him. I swore I would never betray
