Jackson had just poured himself some coffee when the door was flung open. “Jackie!” Kia laughed and ran at him. He set his cup down before she managed to spill it everywhere. He threw his arms around her and hugged her just as tight as she was hugging him. “What on earth happened to that other wolf? He won’t say a thing to any of us.” Jackson hugged her back. He missed her. Hearing her voice on the phone was nothing compared to seeing her in real life. “Fights.
