Detektif menjadikan Mbah Kur sebagai tersangka karena tidak sengaja menemukan sebuah dokumen keluarga milik Mbah Kur yang tercecer. Mereka akhirnya mendaki bukit untuk menemukan kediaman Mbah Kur, dan benar saja Hafizah berada di sana. Awalnya Hafizah diculik lalu memutuskan untuk tinggal sementara di rumah Mbah Kur setelah mendengar isi percakapan dari kakeknya sendiri yang bernama Qasim dengan beberapa pengikutnya, bahwa Kek Qasim akan melakukan ritual pernikahan sesat dengannya.
