The Alpha Assassin

The Alpha Assassin

Something I saw too much of, even before I spilled it with my own hands. The tapestry depicted a battle, wolves against cats. I thought I heard something where Black River was stolen from the werecats, and Blood Moon’s territories used to border the werecats until Black Moon stole land from them and claimed it as their own. With that kind of history, it wasn’t surprising that their descendants turned out to be as odious and entitled as they were. Ancient history, either way, and no way of telling what was actually true without being colored by hate and bias.

Miss M
Great story! Very well written with a strong main character and storyline. Well developed characters that you can sympathize with and dislike their actions at the same time. Would be awesome if there was a prequel story and just waiting on the sequel. Mar 27/24

Such a refreshing read!!! STRONG female lead. This was so different and so insanely satisfying. It has everything, drama, love, friendship, rebuilding. You’ll laugh and cry and go on an emotional roller coaster but it’s worth it. I’m going to re read it now

A Love Worth Fighting For

A Love Worth Fighting For

Elara, whom she’d saved, became a steadfast friend and ally, her trust absolute. The next challenge involved a more intricate task. The ShadowClan’s main water source, a hidden spring deep within the forest, was threatened. A landslide, triggered by a recent storm, threatened to dam the spring, cutting off their vital supply of water. This required a different kind of strength, a strategic approach. While some of the Clan members were physically strong, their skills weren’t suited to this particular obstacle. This task tested not only her physical abilities, but also her ingenuity, her ability to think strategically, to adapt to unexpected challenges.

Transportation Of The CEO's Mate

she questions. “I’ll go up, you keep it steady” she offers “you be carefully, love” McKenzie tells her. “Right cat, you stay there please” she says as she starts to climb the ladder. “So, I’m not in here all night. When I say now pull open the door” River links as she thinks of an idea. “Hey, there,” River looks under the cat “Mr. Cat” she says “there is a tuna sandwich down there for you. Come on now” she coaxes. The cat smelling the tuna on her fingers moves closer to her. River leans over reaching for him. As her hand grabs the scruff of his neck. She wobbles and falls “now” she links. As she falls into Dan’s waiting arms. McKenzie wrenches the door open and then growls loudly,

Mr. CEO, You Are Only My Substitute Husband

Mr. CEO, You Are Only My Substitute Husband

"I don’t understand what you're talking about. I just forgot something at the office and came back to look for it, that’s all." Raven trembled as she hurriedly shut the laptop behind her, stammering in an attempt to dodge the question. Just as she was about to slip away, the California Kingsnake suddenly raised its body and flicked its tongue, letting out a low gruhh sound that nearly made her heart jump out of her chest. "Roonie, come here." Catherine clapped her hands twice and called out.

Luna's Revenge

Luna's Revenge

The path was treacherous, a labyrinth of hidden crevices and sudden drops, but Garrick's hand in mine was a constant anchor, guiding me through the uncertainty with a steadiness that belied the turmoil within. Our journey led us to the banks of a swift-moving river, its waters shimmering with an otherworldly glow, as if the very essence of the moon had been captured within its depths. It was there that we encountered the River Clan, a group whose mastery over water was as fluid and elusive as the element itself. They emerged from the mist that clung to the river's edge, their movements a graceful dance that spoke of a deep connection to the natural world.

Kat Call

Kat Call

"Kat, just because you have your arms out doesn't mean you're going in a straight line!" "Shut up Dan!" I yell back at him. I get a glass of water and chug the whole thing. I refill and walk back into the living room plopping myself between my two best friends, a bit of the water actually sloshing over the rim. I lay my head back, closing my eyes and letting out a long sigh. We all sit in silence for a while resting before we all go change to go out for the night.

His Omega, His Punishment

His Omega, His Punishment

; to a wide-eyed pup, “River Clan? They swim like fish, but howl like us. Watch and learn.” When the River Clan wolves arrived, they paused at the circle's edge, surprise flickering across their sleek, water-glossed furs—eyes widening at the lack of ceremony, no armed escorts or elevated thrones. Their leader—a tall woman with frost-streaked hair cascading like frozen rapids, sharp, assessing eyes the color of deep pools—inclined her head slowly, nostrils flaring to scent the air thick with our unity.

Cattenach Ranch

Cattenach Ranch

Then again, she only had about ten total. "We Scots call her Nessie." She smiled and sipped her cocoa. "That's right. Cattenach's a Scottish name." Grunting, he claimed the seat on the other side of the couch, giving her a wide berth. "Makes sense with your coloring." Bones curled up on the rug in front of a coffee table and promptly closed his eyes. Smart dog. Which reminded him... "What kept you awake? Talking it out will help." He crossed his arms, wondering how many branches of the crazy tree he'd smacked his head on when he'd fallen. He'd typically take a second coming of the bubonic plague over conversation.

My Cats Ruled the Apocalypse

My Cats Ruled the Apocalypse

Three part-time jobs a day, sixteen-hour shifts, nonstop. Word spread among my coursemates: Scarlett had gone mad, struck by a disease that would kill her if she were without cats. I didn't care. All I wanted was to protect my two precious cats. Over time, I grew accustomed to this punishing lifestyle. Then, Luna became pregnant—and gave birth to a little snow-white bundle. I named the kitten Snowy. The true little demon had arrived. … I had never seen a cat so white. So pure that even snow seemed dull in comparison.

Alpha's Regret: Omega's Cursed Mate

Alpha's Regret: Omega's Cursed Mate

Chapter 40: Snow ARIEL'S POV I leaned against the bathroom door, watching with a smile as Ravenna carefully bathed my cat, like a mother who’d tended many children. She had started by helping it get used to the water, dripping just a little on its paw and coat. Then she trimmed its long nails with gentle precision. "You'd make a good mother," I commented at last, relieved that she hadn’t spent the time prying into my outing with Alpha Viktor. Instead, she’d poured all her attention into pampering the cat like it was royalty.
