His voice dripped with coldness as he replied, "I see how big of a jerk you are." Sandro raised an eyebrow. "Perhaps we're both right." "Unlikely." "In that case, you're a self-righteous asshole too," Sandro retorted, standing up. "Looks like you two are a perfect match for each other." I stiffened at his words, even though he was merely referring to our professional relationship. With those parting words, Sandro left the room, leaving me desperately hoping that he would leave Camp-Away alone.

He jabbed a finger in the direction of the scowling man, "Theo here is overreacting over a small isuue-" "Small?" Theo sputtered in anger causing Sandy's brow to raise higher, "You're losing focus over someone who's not even in your league." Ouch. "I mean, you don't even like rich people," He threw his arms in the air, "You told me that they disgust you and now, you're rolling the sheets with one." Ryan quietly sipped from the whiskey, humming in satisfaction at the taste. Sandy always knew the best ones to get. She must have been reading his mind because her ears perked up and she faced him, "That good, huh?"

Lucas felt slightly speechless. Why did people always mistake him for a Dark Race? He was clearly not a Dark Race. "You haven’t answered my question yet," Lucas said mildly, looking at Sandy. Sandy swallowed her saliva after hearing what he said. Overwhelmed with horror, she said to Lucas, "My name is Sandy Sandford, and she is my sister, Cindy Sandford." At this very moment, she had no choice but to compromise. She and Cindy did not have any access to any form of help right now. She simply hoped that this man from the Dark Race would not try to kill them, or they would stand no chance of survival.

As he moved closer, the dim light from a nearby building revealed his face. I froze in shock. “Sanders Gram? What is he doing here?” I whispered, my voice trembling. If Sanders was here, did that mean Ethan Darnell was nearby too? Sanders Gram was Ethan’s trusted beta—the twin brother of the beta Raymond had killed. Sanders glared at the rogues, his expression filled with hatred. “I said, let her go,” he repeated, this time with a lower, more menacing tone. The rogue hesitated before finally releasing me. I collapsed to the ground, gasping for air.

I don't have a whole day to listen to your ugly voice," He said, glancing at Richard from the corner of his eyes. Sandro brought an army of his men for the surprise meeting with Evan. It doesn't matter to Evan anyways but if Sandro came here to show off his strength, he failed.

"See? You're awake." Sandy smiles. "I can't wait to tell Leandre, Xav and Dylan." She sighs dreamily yet again and starts to ramble, "His name is Jaxon Everett Crest. He's the pack Alpha. He has a six pack and he looks like the definition of the word handsome. I can't wait to know more about him tomorrow." "Let's hope everything will get better from here on out." I squeeze her hand lightly. Sandy got dragged into the kidnapping with us because she was present at that time. "We're sorry we dragged you into this, Sandy. I feel really bad."

I explained and a smile formed on Shane's face, yes he should be smile because this fuckers are going to pay. We are approaching the desk when I hear my name called, “Willow, Tristan- Welcome!” We turn to see a smiling Zale, Anders, Colin and two women walking towards us from the lifts. I wave and we meet them halfway, Zale steps forward and shakes first mine and then Tristan’ hand before turning to a short auburn-haired woman in a grey pants suit. “Sandy, this is Willow Doyle and Tristan Golding from Drakon Designs. This is Sandy Redman; she’s my executive assistant but really the person that organises my life for me.”

He had heard all this before, he was eager to move to the next item. He froze when he heard The Sherrods. He paused and moved the audio some seconds back. “Robert Sanders wants to be President. He does not like the Sherrods. His plan is to take them out on their next annual vacation. All of them.” He felt a chill run up his spine. This confession had been gotten out of Ben, months before that trip Skylar lost her life.

I doubted he was unaware that Cassian and I had just had a moment but I did not have a way to prove it. “Romero,” I said, opening the door. “W-What are you doing?” Romero pulled back from his kiss. “Sorry, I lost my mind there for a second.” I turned to the woman he had pressed against the wall, one of his hands in her shirt. “Sandy?” Sandra was Harry’s little sister. She just turned eighteen a few months ago. “What is happening here?” Kaden asked behind me. Romero’s hand did not stop wandering inside her shirt. “You said you wanted me to talk to my sister. Consider it a favour in exchange for this princess to go home with me.”
