Roommate Agreement Sheldon Cooper Novels & Stories

Val nodded and made her way upstairs to change. Five hours later, the trio sat on the couch, the containers of Chinese on the table before them and the movie playing; although, no one was really watching it. Salvatore and Vinny were discussing the upcoming run and Val was trying not to listen in, but it was hard. However, her ears perked up even more when they came around to the discussion of money. “You always think you are getting cheated.” Vinny looked at Salvatore and shrugged at his comment.

"Don't you have common sense? You know what distancing is, right? So stop following me." "Hmph, whatever." It worries me that there's only a month left to this agreement, and Toma hasn't changed at all. The agreement actually made him more attached and annoying, maybe that was a wrong decision? Though none of that matters right now, there's something far more important that worries me most.

“Yes!” I blinked. “What?” “It’s been forever since we roomed together.” He bumped his fist against mine. “Old times.” I managed a smile. “Yeah.” All throughout last season, I had roomed with Neal, and this season, it looked like coach had paired Hunter and I together. But at least I knew Sammy made a great roommate. He fell asleep at the drop of a hat and didn't get rowdy before a game. Unsurprisingly, he was asleep within twelve minutes of him getting horizontal.

The seventh day finally arrived. I was restless the entire time and could not focus at work. Winston, my colleague, noticed my condition and asked in concern, “What’s wrong? You look horrible.” “It’s nothing. I haven’t been sleeping well.” I forced a smile. I was pretty close with Winston, and we usually ate and chatted together. “Is it because you’re not getting along with your roommate? You mentioned that she was a bit weird.” I hesitated for a moment before giving him a general rundown of what had been happening recently.

] In other words, he wasn’t going to cheat on her, and she shouldn’t either. Under the cohabitation agreement, the contract stipulated that they should live under the same roof. The identified residences for their shared living arrangements were the penthouse in Freedonia, the Cromwell Estate, the penthouse at the Diamond Hotel in Paris, and Freya’s penthouse in Halliport. “Do you have any objections to me moving into your penthouse in Halliport when needed?” Kenneth asked. Freya pondered. Kenneth freely let her stay in his penthouse, so she had no reason to refuse him. “No, you can stay with me, of course. But how will that work? Your main business is here?”

I promise! Finally, as you would've guessed, "Roommates With My Best Friend's Boyfriend" is coming to an end soon. Specifically, in August. No worries, the next book in the "Roommates" series will kick off right after, focusing on a different character and her/his future after this phase. If there are any more complaints, comments or general opinions, please comment under this chapter. Till then, please... Sit back and enjoy. Signed, Author.

Quickly, I pulled away and ran to the room I shared with Thiago. Yes, unlike most colleges, this one had dorms that looked almost like mini apartments; ours had a little kitchen area with living space, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. I roomed with Thiago, and Sheldon roomed with Jake. Like I mentioned, it has been awkward ever since Thiago gave me eyes that I couldn't read, and I just avoided the rest. Well, it was working until an hour ago when Sheldon texted that I get takeout since no one was cooking.

Or how he paused every time I bent over to grab something from the fridge. There was tension. Always had been. But we danced around it like it was breakable glass. That ended when I came home one Friday night and saw a contract printed neatly on the kitchen table. The Roommate Agreement. My name typed at the top. His at the bottom. Pages of terms and bullet points, like a legal doc made just for the kind of tension we'd never dared act on. Clause 1.1: All engagements must be consensual and initiated verbally or through previously agreed nonverbal cues.

But I said, “Yeah. I’m sure.” He gave me a small, crooked smile that did something dangerous to my chest. “Okay then,” he said. “Roommates… with benefits.” I drained my coffee to hide whatever was showing on my face. This was going to be fine. Totally fine. I was so screwed.
