Quickly, I pulled away and ran to the room I shared with Thiago. Yes, unlike most colleges, this one had dorms that looked almost like mini apartments; ours had a little kitchen area with living space, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. I roomed with Thiago, and Sheldon roomed with Jake. Like I mentioned, it has been awkward ever since Thiago gave me eyes that I couldn't read, and I just avoided the rest. Well, it was working until an hour ago when Sheldon texted that I get takeout since no one was cooking.

I suggested as I looked up at Andrew, “Even you if you want to.” “You want me to come and live with you guys?” Andrew asked excitedly. “I mean, you could share a room with Austin the way Paige and I do.” I suggested. “I've never had a roommate, but I guess I'm willing to give that a whirl.” Austin replied. “Back to me,” Brody said, clapping his hands, “you need to make sure Claire and I don't leave our scents around here. I don’t want to risk anyone tracking us back here.”

I don’t think that I can spill the tea that I just heard from Cara to her. Not only just because I just knew her but I also don’t fully trust her and Cara will get problems if I spill the tea. “No… I haven’t heard anything about compensation” I respond. “Mmm right” Z sighs. “Hope you’ll get a nice roommate! It’s done, but there are rules, conditions….’ he said. ‘I’m okay with any rules you have,’ I said quickly just to assure him he has nothing to worry about. ‘Really?’ ‘Yes’ ‘You won’t fall in love with me. There will be no attachments whatsoever; we will basically be living like roommates but act like a couple when people are around us. Do you understand?’

Charlie continued. “Why, how greedy are you?” Taylor asked, his lips twitching in the end. “Men eat more than women. I’m not going to be your sugar roomie!” Charlie claimed. “Hah! Sugar roomie?” Taylor reacted. “Really?” “Those are my terms. If you disagree, I’ll move out, and you need to pay me back ASAP. Take it or leave it!” Charlie insisted. Taylor let out an irritated sigh. He belatedly replied, “Fine. It’s a deal.”

"That is great." "Want to be roommates, Solomon?" "Sure, Ronan." "So we will share a den, Ezekiel?" "Sure, Darius." "So we will be roommates, Nyra?" "Sure, Zinnia." "That means it is just the two of us left, Azel. Want to share the last room?" "Sure, Keira."

"How many rooms by the way?" He diverted the conversation just in time to stop Stella from asking anything more. Annoyed, she tossed her long hair, slapping the abundant black bunch into Danise's face as she returned to her seat. The smell was so strong that Danise couldn't help frowning. "Did you finish the entire bottle of shampoo or something?" He waved his hand like he was shoving away a thick mist blocking his sight. "Shut up," she retorted. "Three deluxe," Danise replied to the earlier question, pairing up roommates with his eyes. "Kyle, you'll be with me. Clover, you go with Stella. Brandon and Kenny together. Agree?"

"I'm begging you. Please bear with it for now." Maeve and Keiv looked at each other. It was obvious. Neither of them liked the idea. Neither of them had any intention of agreeing. "Impossible." That was Maeve's first response. "I agree," Keiv added. But... After nearly thirty minutes of explanations, negotiations, and endless pleading... They had no other choice. Reluctantly, they agreed. On one condition. They would each have their own separate bedroom. No entering each other's rooms. The rent would be split equally.
