She furrowed her eyebrows, "Abohotto?" "It's a dead language," he explained. "I see. So...do you think there's a reverse spell?" she asked hopefully. "There must be," he replied thoughtfully. "The spell is simple. Rosa had knack of learning new things and this spell is one of her inventions," he smiled fondly as he recounted. Erica could see how much he loved his sister. I called her as I see her walking out, She didn't seem to hear and I forwn calling her again, louder and suddenly my phone rang I look down texting the guy back and asking him to call me back. But I couldn't risk him putting his hands on her.

I said, standing my ground. She smiled, expecting that I would say something like this. She looked me long and hard before she threw my mum’s bracelet at me. It felt cold. The magic completely gone from it. “Then, I might give you something in return” she said, her voice laughed. I nearly burst into laughter as she thought that she had a leverage over me. I held it for the longest time, trying to hold back the tears that gathered. “Don’t you want to…” “Stop” I said, shaking my head. “I don’t want to be a part of your games and as for the Alpha? Let him rot for all I care” I said, my tone final. I did not want to hear anything from her anymore.

I looked around the place and noticed the dull wall and the synthetic smell of a hospital, the needle in my arm hurt bringing me back to reality. "Rose " I turned to look at Mr. Rogers who whispered my name then at Gale, I had survived. "Water" was all I could whisper, my voice hoarse and throat felt so sore. Gale reached for the fridge near by and then came back with a glass of water. He helped me sit and then placed the glass of water on my lips, I looked at him curiously but doing my best to feel the care his expressing. Even though I was so thirsty it was hard to swallow a thing through this pain but I knew I had to just for my health and for those around me.
