Druid's Rise Maya felt Roxy's presence before she saw her – a dark, twisted energy that made her druid magic recoil. She'd just finished treating a pack member's pup when the temperature in the clinic dropped, frost crawling across the windows despite the desert heat outside. "Isn't this cozy?" Roxy's voice dripped venom. "The gentle healer, tending to her new pack." Maya turned slowly. Roxy stood in the doorway, but she was changed. Dark veins crawled up her neck, her eyes bottomless black pits. She wore Tank's bloodstained cut like a trophy. She looked like a crazed animal.

"I know, I know. I'll be careful." As Jaxon left the room with Cynthia, Freddy turned to Roxy with a mischievous glint in his eye. "So, spill the tea. Are you the friend in a messy situationship?" Roxy's face flushed, and she nodded sheepishly. "Yeah, that's me." Freddy's eyes widened. "And is the man Mr. Hearst?" Roxy nodded again, and Freddy let out a low whistle. "Wow, I can't believe it. You're having an affair with Mr. Hearst!"

As always, you would never save me. "Ah! So, she's close to Logan, I believe?" Her voice sounded so delighted to ask him, but why? "Hi. I'm Roxy! You are?" She extended her hand to me so I slowly looked up to her. Roxy is still clinging her arm to Kyrie's while her right hand is extended to me. I second thought if I would accept her hand or not, but I still ended up doing it after I saw how sharp Kyrie's eyes to me for making her wait.

I grab the boxes and hurry back up to the apartment, but I'm greeted by Roxy, as soon as I walk in the door. "She's just getting her stuff from the bathroom," she points down the hall. Her robe is now open and much more skin is on display than when she first walked out earlier. I tried to walk down the hallway to bring Sydney the boxes, but Roxy gets in my way. "So, you are like a real live mountain man? Like from the TV shows?" "I don't know what TV shows you mean," I say, staring over her head towards the hallway. THat's why I don't see her move to press her boobs up against my arm. Her touch makes my skin crawl.

The neon sign outside “THE FULL MOON” bar flickered with a buzzing sound that usually meant a bulb was about to explode, but inside the air was a scent of cheap whiskey, expensive cigar smoke, and the musky pheromones of filthy restless werewolves. “My name is ROXY” I stood backstage, leaning against a peeling locker watching Jax, adjust his glittery thong in the mirror. Jax was my best friend. “Just a little here, and yup that’s it” He chuckled while dusting gold shimmers onto his pecs.

As he screams out, I drive the dagger into his chest and he falls to the ground. In general, rogues are weaker than wolves that belong to a pack. They don't have the strength that comes from the unity of being in a pack. Wolves are social creatures, and their wolves weaken significantly without that bond to an Alpha. Many rogues are on their own for years before they join other rogues, so they weaken a great deal. However, just because these rogues are weaker, they have the upper hand right now. With just four more to go, I can feel my body becoming sluggish. All my energy sources have been depleted in the last five weeks and I'm just running on pure adrenaline at this point.
