A roar exploded from Bruce. Not an ordinary wolf's roar. Not even an Alpha's. The sound shook the fucking cabin. Alpha Tobias's warriors immediately lowered themselves. Lenden's head dropped. Even Kornell paused and bowed instinctively before catching himself. Royal authority thundered through Bruce's voice. The roar of a King. Then Bruce saw Ryan. And I lost him. We launched ourselves across the room. Ryan was already on the floor beneath Kornell and Lenden, struggling to complete his shift. He looked at us.

"Thank you for your honesty, maid," he said, his voice dripping with authority. "You have served your kingdom well today." With a dismissive wave of his hand, he signaled for her to leave. As the maid hurried out of the chamber, Sylvian remained, a silent witness to the unfolding drama. Roberick's mind churned with thoughts of how to confront Salena and what actions to take next. The dominos had begun to fall, and the kingdom's fate hung in the balance, driven by secrets, manipulation, and the dangerous desires of those who sought power in the forbidden glade.

Lyric Two Omegas immediately spring to action and push the doors open. Weiland steps past them, followed by Dexter, and then Weiland’s voice booms through the dining hall. “I present his majesty, King Noah Roarke, and his Queen Lyric Roarke.” It’s so absurd that I almost start laughing, but I keep myself contained. There isn’t even a twitch around Noah’s lips, which tells me that this is something serious, something sacred, and important.

I ask, lifting another spoonful to my mouth. “From what I’ve gathered, the king prefers curvy women,” she says. “The bigger, the better. But for now, we can work with moderate.” The spoon slips from my fingers and clatters softly into the empty bowl. “None of that matters right now,” I say. “The king’s life is in danger.” Roxy moves to collect the tray when she sees I’m finished. “He’ll survive,” her voice is calm. My fingers twist into the sheets. “H-how do you know that?” My voice shakes. She didn’t see what I saw. She didn’t smell what I smelled.

I even feel like I’m already about to pass out until my whole body dropped on his arm. “W-What are you doing to Nathalie?!” Roxy screamed as I saw Tyron walking past her. “Let her go or I’ll call the cops!” “You want Kyrie Menzel, don’t you?” I saw when Roxy was frozen on the ground before her eyes went to look at our house. “All yours now.” No! No, please… Roxy, please, help me… Kyrie… Kyrie, come out here, please… I couldn’t do anything when Tyron carried me inside his car and before I could even lose my consciousness, I saw Roxy smiling to herself before she went inside the mansion and calmly closed the gate behind her.

Surely, the king would not miss the chance to let people celebrate this day with a feast. Of course, it was thanks to their remarkable knights. They had returned from the battle with a victory on their hands. "We could have just waited for sir Knight Titus to arrive at your house, my lady." Said a maid named Roxy to her lady despite the huge crowd's noise. She was a typical bubbly girl with brown hair and brown eyes. Together with her lady, they stayed at the back of the crowd to avoid getting from the mess, waiting by their carriage.

That's how fast my love for holidays had gone down the drain. Roxy dyed her hair back to its natural color, black. She said that the old her was gone and she didn't need to keep her hair blonde with pink ends. She actually looks more rogue with black hair, if you ask me. Her relationship with Kye is one that I admire alot. They've had fights over the years but they always sit down like adults and try to solve their issues. They both always find time for each other and that's what makes me happy for the two of them.

My eyes almost popped out of their sockets. "I didn't mean to be rude but interrupting your special day and staining the dress of your beautiful bride. It's just that it's been a while since I saw you. Jackson Will Smith. The bravest and fastest. They've praised you rather frequently for being known as a rogue that made his own pack. You're notorious to us, just as we're to you." He asked with a scornful look. He shifted his gaze to mine and smiled ruefully.

Before she could ask what the young princess was saying, the doors of her room were knocked on twice before the doors were opened by the royal guards. The old granny immediately stood up from the sofa when the surroundings were invaded by the presence of the king. A tall man with black short hair that was a little ruffled stepped into the room. He was modeling in a long black coat with golden lining on the lapel, long black shoes, and inside he was wearing a black suit. Shoulders broad, long legs, a face that had a heroic handsomeness settled on its gentle features. He was Jasper, the king of the Logon kingdom and Sasha's soon-to-be husband.

They all mumbled. After a bit of silence, I dared to speak out a burning question that had wriggled its way into my mind. “So the last king and Queen were…” “Supposedly Lycans- along with their son; Prince Jasper Adam Highmoon the seventh and any hope of us ever becoming a worldwide pack again.” Gloom descended amongst the Rogue officers; something tangible that clung to me as they mourned something they never had, something I could never imagine living without; a link to family- a bond to pack.
