Ryder Alarms rip through the pack house at 3 a.m., sharp and violent, slicing straight through sleep and driving everyone upright at the same time. The sound punches into my skull, rattles the walls, shakes the floor beneath my feet. He debated whether he should wake her up or not. She was sleeping without any care of the world and he didn't had the heart to wake her up but at the same time, he knew he had to wake her up since she must be waiting for him to come. Her letter was a clear proof of it. He slowly tapped on her cheek in a gentle manner to wake her up. "Thea, wake up." He ordered.
