Escaping My Arranged Marriage With My Biker Student
“People do it. It’s not impossible. It won’t be easy, though. I’m guessing we’d need some ground rules to make sure everyone knows where they stand.”
Her head tilts, curious and skeptical. “Rules? Like what?”
Ah, hell. I’m not a relationship counselor. Sighing, I rub my face, trying to think this through without sounding like a complete idiot. “Okay, let’s say you and Caleb get into a fight. The rule would be, I don’t take sides, and neither of you drag me into it. It’s between you two unless it’s a serious situation where someone’s clearly in the wrong, or, you know, if things get out of hand. But for regular arguments, I stay out of it. Same goes for him if you and I argue.”
