Princess Cromwell and Her Six Brothers

Princess Cromwell and Her Six Brothers

So he messaged Flames' Customer Service on W******p to get a bank account number and transferred his last 10,000. He clenched his fist and murmured, "One last gamble. If 10,000 turns into 20,000, I'll break even." After re-entering the site, he clicked into the high-low mode. His fingers kept trembling as he closed his eyes, gritted his teeth, and pressed the button—10,000 all-in. He counted the seconds in his mind and slowly opened his eyes. "Banker: 9 points. Player: 8 points. Banker wins. Your balance is zero. Would you like to deposit more?"

The dealer asked in a gentle tone. "Same as Mr. Turner - all of my property and my organization," Charles replied, glaring at the younger leader. "Whoever gets the closest count to 21 shall be the winner," the dealer declared, shuffling the cards. After setting everything, he glanced at the players. "It's all set. Let the game begin."

Satisfying Her Darkest Fantasies

Bennett complained. “And I’m still up more than you,” Chase pointed out. “I’m playin’ smart.” “For a professional bull rider, you’re playin’ it awfully safe.” Kane watched his cousin Tell sweep Chase’s cards into a pile. Then Tell looked at him. “How many?” “Two.” Tell dealt then faced his brother Brandt. “How many?” “Three.” “He’s bettin’ on a pair, boys,” Dalton announced. “Shut your pie hole,” Brandt grumbled.

As I look at my year in review, this author and book collection has been monumental in reigniting my hunger for reading. I can't track most of the books from this app easily for my year end count but in my heart this book means the most. I wish I could buy a printed version of each of these. .........

Love this well written book! Thoughts & emotions are conveyed beautifully! The author makes you feel like you know the characters intimately w/o being excessive or mundane. Hot & steamy w/o crude vulgarity! I wish we could give gems at the end of chapter but that’s the app, not the author’s fault.

“Tanaka-kun, stealing from a girl? That’s a bad look. Tell you what—” He pulled out a deck of playing cards. “Let’s play a game. You win, you get the cards.” Tanaka smirked. “What kind of game?” “Blackjack. But with a twist—math problems as your wager.” Ten minutes later, Tanaka was sweating bullets. She dealt the cards in a clockwise direction one card face up to each player and one card face down to herself. Catherine laid her money on the table. The dealer counted it and put down chip denominations equivalent to the amount she gave. She smiled sheepishly Rachel was first base, starting off the game good and winning the first round. Catherine was determined to win the next, and she did. Donovan stared in awe, observing how she effortlessly beat people who were professionals in the game. One could even refer to them as blackjack veterans. Things started to get interesting when Ahmed Rebrad, the only living heir of Rashid Rebrad, one of wealthiest Arab business men within and outside the

Living With My Lady Boss

Living With My Lady Boss

Kenji began introducing the men at the table one by one. All of them owned big companies and had a high net worth. Kenji then asked, "What would you like to start with, buddy?" "Anything works. Your call," Wilbur replied calmly. Kenji nodded with a smile. "Let's go with blackjack, then. It's an easy game. Are you alright with that, buddy?" "Of course! I like blackjack too." Kenji waved a hand, and two bodyguards brought four boxes over at once. They opened them and put them on the table. All the boxes were filled with cash.

A Contract With Him

A Contract With Him

She was the only female on the table, Blakeley stood behind her placing her hands on her shoulders. They all placed a bet with a thousand dollars, and the game started. All players received all their cards face up and the dealer’s first card is face up while the second card is face down. Since they all play against the dealer, the goal of the game is to get closer to 21 than the dealer without going over 21. If a hand goes over 21, it is called a “bust” or “break” and the wager is lost. Everyone started playing and the man opposite Cassie won the first round, he placed a bet again and someone else lost. Cassie was losing.

Mafia's Obsession - The CEO's Contracted Songbird

By the time Luca busted, he was laughing in disbelief. “Okay, little songbird,” he said. “You’re terrifying.” She grinned, blowing him a kiss, that he theatrically caught. I almost blew a gasket. Lemar followed not long after, shaking his head. “I should’ve signed you and studied with you.” She leaned back, batting big blue eyes and giggling. “Told you I didn’t need more than ten.” Then she looked straight at Mason and Dev. “Card counting doesn’t work as well with three decks, hmm guys?” she said pleasantly.

Nine of diamonds. Is that a pair? I think I know what that means now. Two of the same number. A starting hand that doesn’t look impressive, but it isn’t weak either. My pulse bumps once, sharp and pleased, and I force it back down. Zanthe hums with approval in my mind. I lower the cards carefully, keeping my face blank. “First betting round,” O’Hara says. Ross folds almost immediately, shoulders sagging as he reaches for his beer. His heart rate barely changes. He never even pretends.

Billionaire's game #2 : Beyond the Billionaire's image

I thought this was exclusive, but apparently, his influence was huge because he was acting like he was just at the park hanging out. When I reached inside, people were everywhere. No matter where I looked, there were people playing games. I closed my eyes as I approached the man playing baccarat. In Baccarat, players bet on either the Banker's or the Player's hand before cards are dealt. Two cards are dealt to each, following specific rules about drawing additional cards, not chosen by the players. It's known for its simple betting system and is popular among high rollers. I smirked and casually put my hands in my pockets, heading towards there, but I heard mosquitoes buzzing around again.
