Without a second thought, Lisa bolted for the nearest exit, her heart pounding in her chest. The warehouse was a maze of crates and containers, and every second counted. She could hear the ticking of the bomb in her mind, growing louder with each passing moment.
She reached the door and shoved it open, bursting out into the cool night air. Her legs burned as she sprinted toward the car, her lungs screaming for air. She could barely see in the darkness, but she knew she had to keep moving; she had to get as far away from the warehouse as possible.
