Violet CLAW
Ivy stood on the edge, isolated from the other females who were already forming cliques.
Then, a sudden spray of cold water hit her. It soaked her dress, the fabric clinging to her skin. She spun around, eyes blazing.
Cole stood there, a wooden ladle in his hand, looking bored.
“Cole Ryder, what is wrong with you?” she snapped.
He didn't answer. He just scooped another ladle and threw it directly into her face. Her hair matted to her neck, dripping.
“Just playing the game, Mercer,” he said.
Ivy exploded. She grabbed a bucket and charged. The two of them began a frantic, splashing chase, disappearing into the thick ferns of the rainforest.
