I opened the book again and searched for the page where I left unfinished reading. I was just in chapter ten, but I could say it was full of emotion. The character of Sindy Kate was complex. She had full of flaws, yet she was also strong and driven. She was completely the Harry Bloom I knew, and she did a good job in making Sindy a heroine in the story.

Cyrill’s body was still in the opposite direction and didn’t seem to heed Rozelyn—didn’t even seem to pay attention to her

But she did realize that Ethlyn was crying because she was bringing her hand near her face to wipe the tears. “Lemi, crouch, please,” Roselet said and then jumped from his back. She walked toward Ethlyn, hoping she would not shout at her again. Cinder was mad at Ethlyn for talking like that with Roselet; that was why she blocked her human. She couldn’t behave that her human believed rudely with a pup just because she was getting attracted to her. But that wasn’t in Cinder’s control.

His statement was enough to vanquish the mood. "Yeah, uh… so thing is," Quinn nervously fidgeted. "Cinder worked for the council." Harley instantly scurried towards me and I stood tall. The smaller man hid behind me, small hands gripping what was left of a dirt and blood caked shirt. "She what?" I was in absolute disbelief that this had somehow slipped past Alpha Ryder. Lycans vetted their mates extensively.

Cinder He couldn't rouse River. She'd passed out in his arms shortly after delivering the terrifying news about Dub. He cursed Aelnith Eventide under his breath. He'd taken too much. River was sick.
