I hand't even realized I had fallen asleep on Cody's shoulder. He quirked an eyebrow, smiling down at me, "Morning, sleepyhead. You gonna get the door?" I grinned as is stood up and headed to the door while rubbing the sleep out of my eyes. I yawned as I pulled the door open before freezing in spot. "Zac?" He smiled a little, "Hey, Bloom." He adjusted his bag straps on his shoulders. "You up for tutoring? Apparently we're all going to Jade's after school tomorrow so I figured we could study right now."

With his mind made up, he sat crossed-legged in the demiplane and started digesting the Clover.

The door to Wren’s room opened. Briggs stepped out, his shoulders still tight from the confrontation, his gaze finding me immediately like he’d been tracking my presence even through the wall. He moved toward me with that quiet steadiness that had become my only anchor in this mess, his eyes softening the second they landed on my face. An oversized tan blazer covers just enough. She’s wearing tan and cream low quarter gym shoes. My chest tightens. Her hair is down, soft curls framing her face. Makeup flawless. Absolutely gorgeous. Bridget guides her to the chair. Clover hands her a notepad, then Bridget sits beside her. I can barely breathe. “Okay, sir,” Bridget says. “We’re ready whenever you are.”

‘She doesn’t know who we are,’ Clover whimpers, pulling at her lavender colored hair, showing more fear than I’ve ever seen in her. “I’m right here Raven, I’m not leaving you,” I whisper, trying to calm her down, wishing I knew how to take her pain. ‘Gideon, like with Gideon… sink your claws into her to drain her she’s full of power and life!’ Clover squeals almost happily, as I look over at her watching her dance around the bodies. “Clover now is not the time!” I growl at her, trying to understand how she could be happy when everything has gone straight to hell so fast.

Clover was quite confused seeing some man who seemed gentle sitting in his space. His eyes brows as he walked forward. He stopped right behind Dylan and clenched his fist on the top rail. Chloe's eyes were up, and she was looking directly at Clover, who was still standing behind Dylan, doing absolutely nothing. When Clover noticed Chloe wasn't saying a word, he walked towards her and shifted his gaze to Dylan's powerful looking face. "Hold on a second" Clover muttered slowly raising his index finger to Dylan. "Isn't he the man you…" His voice trailed off, and he crouched his head low towards a very nervous looking Chloe.

Clover put her hands onto Lucas' left shoulder. Then her look spikes through me. I averted my look. "Oh hey, Clove. Yep, I'm here with—" "The newbies, of course." There is an offensive tone in her voice. I looked at Stacey, and saw her brows arched. Lucas cleared his throat before answering. "Join us." Lucas' offered to Clover, but she and her friends just laughed. "And be seen with these newbies? I don't think so." She flipped her long wavy brunette hair and smirked. Then Clover and her friends turned their backs and left, the sound of their heels echoed in the room.
