Raymond grasped Ravi's hand, his head falling onto Ravi's shoulder, allowing Ravi to feel Raymond's warm breath caressing his neck. "I'm sorry, Ravi. I've made everything so messy." Ravi knew Raymond was crying now; his shoulder was wet with tears, while Raymond's hands hugged Ravi's waist tightly. Ravi reciprocated the embrace, and Raymond's pitch-black wings opened to envelop them. Ravi felt something crackling around them, the night wind suddenly blowing against Ravi's minimally clothed body. Ravi was taken aback when Raymond moved and looked at him with one eye shining brightly yellow. "He touched Ravi again. I will erase his touch now."

Her voice lilts, prodding farther. Rex eyes the keychain with an unreadable look in his eyes before he responds, “Wow, if my parents were alive, I would have asked if there's two of us. I thought you were crazy before, but it seems like this Draco guy really is my lookalike.” Raven stares back at him at a loss for words. Lookalike? “I'm done here. You can go,” Rex announces before she can say anything and walks past her, already moving to search the next person.

It gave us the advantage. “ATTACK!” Wyatt said and took off to help his warriors. I have been feeling each death that was happening around the U.S. The numbers were staggering but I tried to stay focused to watch Raven take down Devin. She stalked him like a lion does his prey. Devin shifted into his wolf that was smaller than Raven but was thick with muscle. I felt Raven bring the electricity to the surface and my whole body was sending off little blue sparks as she walked to him. It caused him to pause for a second and look at them before he decided it was not anything to be concerned about.

Rex took a purposeful step onto the bottom stair, his eyes trained on Lacey, licking his lips as one side of his mouth curled into a sinister smile. Lacey took her fighting stance, a low, guttural growl erupting from deep within her chest. If he wanted the castle, he would have to go through her first. Suddenly, Brock jumped at Lacey, knocking her down. She immediately planted her paws on his stomach and catapulted him right into Rex, sending him flying backward. Then she jumped on Rex, stomping on his neck, but he quickly twisted out of her grasp. His smile quickly faded into a snarl.

Rex made to stop them, but the cyborg holding the infant punched him in the chest so hard that not only did it knock the wind from him, but he questioned if the blow stopped the beating of his heart. He watched in helpless torment as Olga flew to the ground after being given the same treatment that he’d received. Her stillness worried him, but he found himself unable to do anything but struggle for air. Fur would sprout out of his skin, then it would disappear again. His face looks deformed as his jaw tries to form a muzzle but it looks incomplete like he’s trying to stop it. My stomach twists and my heartbeat skyrockets. What is he? Are werewolves supposed to shift like that? His ruby eyes find me and he growls out in warning. “Get out!” His powerful voice thunders. I flinch at the sheer force his aura inflicts on the room but for some reason, I’m not scared.
