“Do you have any idea what weapons they got?”
“I believe handguns, rifles, and an assortment of blades. All silver.”
“Fuck,” someone groaned behind me. I didn’t bother finding out who. We were all thinking the same thing.
Raina was eerily still but I could feel her powers building, the air becoming thick and alive, the hair on my arms standing. I quickly snuffed it out before the storm inside her became reality.
