Rhea's Pov Sally let out a sharp scoff, she looked like a woman who still believed she held the strings. She straightened her spine, pulling herself up from Beatrice’s side. "Ending?" Sally repeated, her voice dripping with a venomous mockery. She brushed a stray, silver-blond hair from her face, her eyes narrowing into slits of pure malice. "You truly are a naive little girl, Rhea. Do you think a video and some digital numbers on a screen are enough to bring down the Taylors? Do you think the foundations I’ve built over decades can be toppled over by a commoner like you?” Sally laughed again, her eyes rolling.

And he brought a friend," Sally says to the woman who looks about my age and has facial features similar to Huxley's, but with a feminine wit, along with the same colored eyes and hair. She smiles looking at Huxley, but not as large as I would expect. Nothing with the emotion her mother showed.

Sarah shook her head. "Oh come on. I promise I won't read any smut scenes out loud." Sarah's eyes widen as she smacked her hand onto her face. I laughed at her reaction. She really did remind me of the author of the book I read. 'Alesha' and ironically both their names began with an S and had two A's. Such a goody- two shoe.

The news hit Mom hard, and her face turned deathly pale in an instant. Her fingers trembled against the doorknob. Her lips parted, but no words came out. Only after a long moment did she snap back to reality. Her eyes were bloodshot as she rasped hoarsely, “What did you just say? Who’s dead? Daisy? No, that’s impossible… That girl is tough. There’s no way she’d die!” The police fell silent for a moment, looking at her with sympathy.

It’s nice to meet you.” Lily ran to the bookcase that housed the DVDs and grabbed the Frozen cover. “You Hawk’s woman?” Sally asked, quietly which I appreciated.

Like she was reading the news. “Sally,” Amanda called, tears misting in her eyes. Sally glanced at her but she remained calm as a statue. There was nothing in her eyes, no anger, no pain, just a mask of indifference. Mr. Armani sniffed, and I feared for a moment that he would cry. Sally didn’t glance at him. She didn’t even look my way, or at Anna. Instead she took Amanda’s hand and turned to leave. My jaw went slack. She did not just deliberately say those words? Did she?

Their eyes met, and it was all she could do to walk upright and act like she wasn’t affected by his presence. He had nodded coolly at her, his expression unreadable, and that had been the extent of their interaction. Now, as she trooped out of the cemetery with the rest, he walked up to meet her. Nora, who was walking beside her, excused herself and strode away, leaving them together. “Hello, Sally,” Sean said to her in that deep baritone that never failed to send shivers down her spine. “Hey. What’s going on?” Sally replied, trying to play it cool.

"Alpha Derek is asking questions. Speak up! Who contacted you?" Sally looked at Derek and said, "You used to love me so much, but now you're angry at me. Men are all liars!" She appeared crazed. "Fine, I'll tell you. Come here. I'll tell you who contacted me." Derek bent down slowly as Sally crawled towards him. Like a wounded snake, she dragged a trail of red blood across the carpet, a sight that was shocking to behold. Oddly enough, I couldn't muster any sympathy for Sally. It was as if she deserved this treatment.
