Andrew muttered his goodbye before leaving the room entirely. The second he disappeared, Sarah immediately grabbed Genevieve’s hands excitedly. “We finally did it,” she said with visible satisfaction. “Katelyn is finally gone.” Genevieve’s eyes widened with excitement instantly. “Seriously?” Sarah nodded proudly. “She’s completely out of Damon’s life.” “Oh my God,” Genevieve breathed out. The relief on her face was impossible to miss. Sarah guided her gently toward the sofa so they could sit together properly. “I have to admit,” Sarah said while smiling at her. “Those photographs truly worked beautifully.”

Catherine saw that some dancers bowed their heads and some looked into the nothingness. Catherine went to the speaker and plugged it’s wire to her phone and changed the music to The Shape of You by Ed Sheeran and she went to the dance floor and started dancing hip hop, specifically popping and locking. Everyone was surprised to Catherine’s hidden talent and suddenly Catherine approached Tristan, one of the ballet dancers, as if she’s challenging him. Catherine knew that Tristan can dance but he won’t budge.

I looked away, trying to focus on the flickering candlelight. "Do you like what you see, Rune?" I was startled to hear a voice from the corner and turned to find Yara, the pack's wise healer, watching me with a knowing, almost motherly smile. "What can I do for you, Yara?" I asked, my tone sharper than I intended, irritated that she had caught me staring after my second-in-command. "Carmen is a beautiful woman," Yara noted, stepping into the light. "Strong, determined, and fiercely loyal to you. Are you truly certain you wouldn't rather have her than this 'Sara' girl from the Twilight Zone? A ghost from a dead pack?"

said I picking up the phone. "hello miss smith. this is one of your fans." said the gentleman on the phone who I estimated to be about the age of seventy and more because of how wheezy his voice sounded. "oh hello there sir. what's your name?" "My name is Anthony Miller. actually, my granddaughter is your fan but she has had your number for ages and had not the guts to call you." explained the man. "yes? thank you Mr. Miller. maybe I can talk to your granddaughter? "

I notice Will visibly tense as I hold Brian's brown shirt between my fingers. I don't understand his behaviour, but instead of calling it out, I might as well have some fun. I give Brian a smile, making sure to put on a show as I reach down to pull my sweater off slowly. I don't break eye contact as I then pull my white shirt off, exposing my black bra. Brian's grinning at me, watching my every move.

The idea solidified as she considered it more. Glancing at her screen, she typed, searching for discreet photographers and actresses who could act the part. Risky? Yeah. Exciting? Hell yes. I didn’t know which of them was my real fated mate. Suddenly, the door slammed open. Cassandra stood there with two of her wolves behind her. Her eyes were full of hate. “I knew you were hiding a secret,” she snarled, hissing repeatedly. “You and your evil secrets.” Scarlett stepped in front of me, frowning at Cassandra. “Leave my daughter alone, you devilish woman!” Cassandra laughed and flew fast toward my mom, her claws hitting straight on my mother’s arm. “I want to make sure she dies. She is the devil here!”
