SARAH The room froze. Nobody moved. Nobody spoke. The screen still glowed in front of us, lighting the room in a sick, pale hue. Last edited by: Sarah De Luca. The words burned into my eyes, steady and cruel, like they had been waiting to destroy me. For a moment, I couldn’t breathe. My whole body felt cold. It didn’t make sense. I hadn’t even opened that file. I hadn’t touched the system all day. My name shouldn’t have been there.

I need to find out more about the purple moon and then I should choose what to do. "Can I bring all these books to my room? I am eager to know all about it. Even Zierux told me to do some reading." "That's fine, after all, this place will soon be yours." When I got back to my room, I saw Sarah flipping through pages of the book I lent her. She could not read but there were sketches that made her fascinated with it. "Hello there, love!" I greeted, making my way beside her and putting down all of the books I had. "How's it going?"

" Sarah said assuringly. "Well, whatever it is... I'm sure you have your reasons for not telling me. We look out for each other and we should always do that." Sofia said. "Thank you sis." Sarah said. "You're welcome." Sofia said with a smile. Sarah and Sofia gets up from bed and prepare for work. At Red's house... Red is sitting in his living room and reading a book. Red's phone rings and he checks it. It is Sarah. He happily picks the call.

she chirped, bouncing up and down a little in excitement. “Hey, Sar. What’s up with you? You haven’t been sniffing those herbs again have you?” I teased. This was a running joke, Sarah had bought some ‘herbs’ from a friend of hers and lit them in her room to cleanse her aura or something. It had ended up being weed and she got high, running down her street half n**ed whist calling everyone on her cell to come and see the parade. She never lived it down.

I sit down on the sofa, curling my feet under me and stare at the ring. "Welcome to new life, Mrs Sarah Luce Edwards, " Saying it out loud makes all the hairs on the back of my neck stand up.

She practically had the movie memorized; she'd seen it so many times. Sydney walked out of the kitchen, shaking his head. "They're already hitting the eggnog." He chuckled. Sarah barely looked up from the T.V. She sat on the floor using some of the pillows she'd used from the night before to plop against. Sydney turned to see what she was watching. "Pride and Prejudice again?" He sounded disgusted. "Geez, haven't you seen that like a hundred times?" Sarah ignored him, still staring at the television, but smirked. He sat down next to her and picked up the remote from the floor. Next thing she knew, there was football on the screen.

The world around her was still, the result of a spell of silence. Sarah stormed into the library, throwing a book of her own. It was odd to see her daughter behaving in such a manner, doubly so to see her rant but not hear it. Elizabeth finished transcribing her current page and set her quill down. Stoppering the vial of human blood she had been writing with, she snapped her fingers, breaking the spell. "-and to top it all of, some asshole hacked our website and my profile picture is a giant dick!" Sarah kicked the book, launching it across the room. "Fuck, fuck, fuck!"

JOSIE’S POV “Hey Sarah, how are you girl?” I ask my best friend and desk mate as casual as I can. “Oh-oh…what’s wrong?” her speaker-voice sounds worried. Damn, she knows me to well. “Well...how? what…? I…urgh…never mind. I swear you have some fortuneteller genes in you.” “I can read you like a book. Even over the phone. Ha-ha, perk of being around you so many hours per day, per week etc. So, tell me, what’s up?”

“Yes. She is with Viki, reading and talking about alien dicks.” “You are just jealous because theirs are bigger!” Viki’s voice comes from inside the house. “Hi, Rain!” My eyebrows inch up, wondering what Jeremy will do, but his scent lets me know he is amused. “Come in,” Jeremy tells me. “Thank you.” Jeremy takes me to the living room. Sarah and Viki are sitting on a sofa, a blanket covering their legs, a plate with cookies between them. A Kindle is in Viki’s hands. Sarah pats a spot next to her. “Join us. Viki and I are in the middle of reading alien barbarian smut. The males have spurs.”

The café was quiet that afternoon, with only a few customers inside. Sarah sat at one of the empty tables. After ordering a drink and a snack, she pulled out her laptop and began responding to emails one by one. She also checked the daily reports from Carrie that had been sent to her. Despite her large belly, Sarah still looked beautiful and radiant, attracting the attention of the men around her, including a man sitting a few meters in front of her. Ever since Sarah entered the café, the handsome man in a blue shirt had been watching her from afar.
