"I really love this saree but I don’t know to wear a saree" I told him and pouted. He chuckled "No problem, I will make you wear it" He said, I looked at him with stunned expression. "No way" I told him firmly. "Sweetheart, I wanna see you in this saree please" He asked and giving me puppy-dog eyes. I sighed. "Okay" I agreed and went to the washroom. After wearing the blouse and skirt, I come outside. I saw Daksh's eyes roam over my exposed body parts. He looked at me hungrily, like a man looks at food when he starved for a year.

Four Months Later After years of waiting and begging for her heart, Tulani finally got his wish when he wedded Natasha. In Tulani style, it was an extravagant ceremony, a page out of a fairy-tale. He is particular and possessive about not letting anyone see her in a red saree. The red looked so good in her flaunting skin. Her waist shone with the combination of color and the way the pallu (the drapes of saree that were set free from the shoulder) chugged in her waistband while working looked tempting. Then and there he put the bottle away and his hands attacked her. Picking her up he turn off the stove and took her into the bedroom and had another round after their wedding night where she lost her virginity.

Siddarth continued banging on the door and get infuriated by Nivi's actions. He looked around the closet and went to open her wardrobe. Pulling out all her dresses including her wedding saree which she never touched after her marriage to floor. Putting everything into a metal dustbin he grabbed a lighter from drawer. Without even thinking for a second or hesitate he put fire on all her dresses which can be said to be her only dresses.

Gitanjali took out a saree from her bag and handed it over to Krishika and said, "Swarna has given this saree for you." " For me!" she asked holding the saree in her hand. "Yes, now she could not come to meet you, so she has sent a gift for you." She replied taking out a box of dry fruits from his bag. She replied and started draping a red saree. “Leave where?” I asked ready to sleep again. “There is a temple in Nashik. It is believed that if you visit that temple for forty-one days without fail, then, whatever you wish for will come true. Sarla Aunty said that I should visit that temple and pray for a baby.” She replied and completed draping the saree. “You look like an angel in this saree,” I started admiring her. She hardly wears a saree as she is not comfortable and she mostly stays indoors so prefers to wear night dresses all day long.

" He started showing us the sarees and they all were very pretty. We short listed 4 sarees and then Siddharth asked me which one I liked the most. He liked one and I liked another one. Now I was looking forward to meeting Aditi. I saw some foreign tourists at the airport showrooms, looking at sarees and other traditional Indian garments. They appeared to be fascinated by bright traditional Indian colours and beautiful designs. There was also a small gift shop, from where I bought a rose and a novel, ‘That’s the way we met’, by Sudeep Nagarkar, for Aditi.
