Dangerous Desire

Dangerous Desire

A small one. Walls made of reinforced glass. Floor of white metal. A faint humming noise vibrating through the air. The Citadel. She didn’t need anyone to tell her. She felt it. Cold. Empty. Clinical. She tried to sit up—but metal restraints held her wrists to the table. Her heart pounded. “No… no, no—let me go—” A soft click echoed. A camera lens rotated toward her. A voice crackled through a speaker. “Lena Carter. Stabilizer-class awakening detected.

My Ex-Husband CEO Regrets Too Late

My Ex-Husband CEO Regrets Too Late

Daniel blinked. “What?” Leo pointed at the screen. The satellite grid was enormous. Thousands of connections. Even for Leo— It was massive. Inside the vault Marcus cracked his knuckles. “Now the real game begins.” Zero began typing silently. Leo took a breath. Then placed his hands back on the keyboard. The satellites began moving across the digital sky. Three strategists fighting for control of space. Inside the penthouse Daniel whispered, “I really hope the kid’s good at astronomy.” Leo smiled slightly.

The Rejected Omega Luna

The Rejected Omega Luna

Each seating area had its own table adorned with sophisticated glasses and expensive champagne. The room was infused with loud music that blasted from huge speakers. The bar situated at the left side of the room contained expensive drinks and custom cocktails. Gleaming bottles on the counter were illuminated by soft colored lights. Bartenders dressed in sleek suits poured drinks. I made my way to the important table first. Here, we had three high ranking members: Nate, the Gamma, Bea, the Alpha's mistress and Madison, one of the Alpha's friends. Bea is one of the most beautiful women I had ever laid my eyes on.

Alpha Silas Human Luna

Alpha Silas Human Luna

I ensured the writing matched Maya's because she had a distinct writing style, and the book confirmed it was Maya's diary. "Can we speak privately, Letty?" I inquired. We both headed outside. "Let me be clear, Letty. I can't give up on Elena even though she's human." Letty gazed at me with understanding eyes. "Tell me, Silas. I'll help you," Letty responded. "For the time being, you must serve as the Luna temporarily and relieve the burden from my shoulders until Elena officially becomes my mate. If you act as a temporary Luna, I can give your Pack ten billion dollars." Letty listened to my proposal and gazed off the horizon before meeting my gaze.

The Luna's Last Rebirth

The Luna's Last Rebirth

“They are meeting us out back in two minutes.” Scream break from the lobby as we pass it heading to the back, our pace picking up. “Shit,” Falcon mutters under his breath, ushering me forward faster. A black SUV pulls up right in front of us, Rome in the driver’s seat with Joffrey looking white as a ghost. Rome sports her beanie, hiding her hair color. When we hop in, she accelerates, lurching from the spot before the door even has a chance to close. Monty curses and Rome winces.

so far the story is fast paced. I am at chapter 33 and the book is moving fast with lots of imaginative twists; this book is far more than a love story to an angst female. The author is definitely in the top 3 of all time authors; not just GN paranormal authors, but favorite of all anytime all genre

The Abandoned Luna's Return

The Abandoned Luna's Return

"Elara? You... you woke up?" "Sarah, what are you doing here?" I ran toward her, but she stepped back, her face a mask of suspicion. "I'm the 'Lead Developer' of the Rebellion, Elara," she said, her voice hard and full of grit. "And you... you’re the one who’s been powering the Vance Global Grid for thirty years. Every time you 'leveled up' in the simulation, a city block in the 'True Real' got its power cut so they could feed your server."

The Playboy's Downfall

The Playboy's Downfall

Zero unbuckled his seatbelt and rushed outside to open the door at the passenger seat when Isla had already opened it and walked straight to the elevator. Zero shook his head and followed her. When Isla sensed that Zero followed, she stopped and turned to him. “What are you doing?” she asked. Zero scratches the back of his head. “Hmm… I’m going to send—” “No need—” “I insist,” Zero cut off the hum of her words, making Isla roll her eyes. She arched her brow and uttered, “whatever,” before continuing walking again. Zero bit his lower lip to restrain himself from smiling. She’s so alluring when she’s getting mad.

Here is the content of the chat. Zero: "Good morning, my future. Are you still able to hold your miss for me?" Zeva wanted to reply, "No, I can't afford it. I really miss you. Come on, please, hurry back here." However, Zeva's sense of prestige is very large to be able to type those sentences. In the end, Zeva just chose to read it, without replying. Zeva wants to know whether Zero will be grumpy and spam-chat her or not.
