Scarlett (Second Edition)
Lucian’s POV
Garland sat before us, visibly scarred and far from the arrogant man who had marched into our territory seeking chaos. The burns from Scarlett’s attack had seared his skin so deeply that even his wolf genes couldn’t fully heal him. His once-pristine appearance was marred, likely permanently. It was a testament to the ferocity of Scarlett’s power—a reminder of why she wasn’t someone to be underestimated. But whose fault was this, really?
Garland had brought it on himself, walking into our territory, seeking trouble, and, worse, underestimating Scarlett. He had treated her as a weak and helpless Luna. That mistake had cost him dearly.
