As if she had been driven mad, she spun around to flee, but her legs buckled and sent her crashing heavily onto the floor. Lady Sif and Dracula were astound, breathless, speechless and helpless, unable to be specific but the feature on their face was far from wonderment. "Nooooooo!" Lady Sif screamed out of her gullet with wet eyes and Dracula stood dumb. Clancy stood beside Corvinus dead body with his head in his hands, it was bloodless and cold. He extended our claws and lowered one finger down to the clown's face and he hooked a claw in his chin. Maddox yanked his head close to ours. "Listen here clown because this is your last warning - you're gonna brew up a batch of whatever you need to fix my friends and you're gonna do it no later than now!" Maddox growled. His tone even sent chills down my spine. The clown began to tremble with newfound terror as he watched the black swirl in our eyes. "But - I -" he tried to talk. "You know what's worse than being undead?"

May hated it, but he couldn’t say no when his little niece looked up at him with big eyes and asked so politely for a story. He would always stopped at the climax, sighed dramatically, and say that it’s too scary. She would grab his hand and say she wasn’t scared, that she would be brave. She would ask, so excited, “What happened next?”

I am glad he isn't making fun of me. “I thought you said you weren't scared, little wife?” He asks. "I..I.." I stutter. The truth is that I am scared of ghosts and most especially, clowns. “That was a lie," I say truthfully, feeling really disappointed in myself. "I just wanted to impress you, I'm sorry.” I hear him sigh and feel embarrassed. Just as I am about to say something, a red-eyed, evil clown pops out from a box, scaring the hell out of me! They don't look robotic, they look really real! They are slowly approaching us, baring their sharp, elongated fangs at us.

Nora concluded in a silk undertone. Impressed by her good storytelling skills, the kids applauded her as they glued their vote stickers on the voting pad.
