THE GAME

THE GAME

" Hmph... If you say so." " So, enjoying the party?" Tricia asked again. " Don't know. I'm just sitting down here." Natalie sure knows how to block all chances of being asked personal questions. " How about we play a game? " Celine suggested. " A party isn't fun without its games." " A game. I like the sound of that." Natalie answered. " So what game should we play?" Bella asked. " Oh, I know... Spin the bottle." Tricia piped in. I glanced at Natalie. She didn't seem affected by it. She took a bottle from the table and emptied the contents on the floor and place it on the table.

One wrong step and Calvin would know I’m pregnant and I don’t want that. “Where are you staying? Maybe we could hang out after dinner.” Sandra said but Tobi is fast enough to decline her offer. “Sorry, Andrea and I have a lot of things to try tonight.” He replied making my forehead creased. What things are we going to try tonight? Calvin’s forehead creased at what Tobi said. “What things are that? Maybe we can do that also.” Calvin uttered. Tobi chuckled. “I doubt we have a lot of positions to tackle tonight, am I right Andrea?” Tobi said and being the stupid one.

The Game

The Game

I drift off to sleep on the plane on the way back to Texas, only to awaken after having a very vivid dream or maybe I should say fantasy of Drake. I pour myself a drink and try to relax. I decided to change clothes and freshen up, just in case Drake met me at the airfield. Silly how I have to remind myself this is all just a game. I catch myself wanting him, wanting to please him, wanting to give myself to him. I have to remember that I want to hurt him, make him regret how he treated me. Lila, my wolf also reacts to Drake so strongly I constantly have to reign in. I continue to sip the burning alcohol that I am drinking, my excitement continues to grow at the thought of seeing Drake. "Don't cry. I'm here." At that moment, my phone rang again. It was as if it were the tolling for my death. This time, I answered. The roar I expected did not come from the other end. It was Sylvia, and I could hear the smirk in her voice. "Clara, I'm hungry. Where's my chicken soup? Oh, right. Jason said he's too disappointed in you and doesn't want to talk to you anymore. He told me to speak to you directly if I need anything."

Set Me Free

Set Me Free

To answer the questions that were raised in the minds of the readers, yes I'm working on a sequel. A sequel was always the part of the plan and my idea was to leave the readers to a cliffhanger to get them excited. But a lot of the readers were being critical of my decision, which is completely understandable. 'Set Me Free' was not revised so sorry for the typos, I will try to mend my mistakes as much as possible. The sequel is called 'Am I Free?' the book sheds light on what actually happened to Daniel Robinson, if he ever gets to meet Isabelle Davis. Most importantly the sequel gives the much awaited ending. Hope all the readers will enjoy the sequel, I'm still working on it but here is a

It's been over an hour now and just as I get as comfortable as I could be in this situation, there's a deafening scream with loud bangs, roars, and the infamous sounds of gunshots. I start darting my eye around trying to find something I can use to help get me out of here, but it's of no use. Mud won't unlock the chains or undo the screws of the cellar door I lay behind. So I pull at the chains trying my damndest to make them loose enough for me to free myself but still nothing. I mean what am I thinking? I'm almost 13 and have no connection with my wolf, if I even have one, I'm sickly thin and have no muscle to rely on

A Free Relationship

A Free Relationship

He patted Seth's shoulder, saying, "I'll always remember the help you gave us at the time, Seth." Ethan and his friends had developed their first game three years after establishing their company. Due to their inexperience, someone had tricked their source code out of them. For the second game, they'd learned their lesson and hadn't gotten their source code stolen. However, an established gaming company had launched a game similar to the one they'd developed. Ultimately, their small company couldn't compete with the established one, leading to the failure of their game. As for the third one, they'd finally managed to find an investor for the game, but the guy had run away halfway through. An

I already suspected that Ethan has a terminal illness! Though this is only a fictional storyline, but in reality, first, there are still a lot of ways for a remedy to an illness even cancer especially nowadays with so much advance technology in finding a cure

I enjoyed this story the most of the shorts I’ve read over the past few days. It had a great ending, not like the trashy endings of others. It made you torn, wondering who you’re rooting for, Ethan or Seth. It was very touching, one that will stay with you for a while. Reading it again is a must!
