DAWN Morning comes faster than I'm ready for it. I rub the sleep from my eyes as I feel Kyle move away, and the pressure on my side of the mattress shifts. I run my hands at his vacant spot while my eyes adjust to the incoming light through the long windows in our bedroom. I feel him lean in as I close my eyes again. His fingers run through my hair as I yawn. "We are going to get late, Dawn. I'm heading off to shower. You can shower after me."

Dawn’s point of view Scott and I head to the bar after training, and I slide into a booth while he takes the seat across from me, immediately flagging down a waitress for two waters before either of us has even looked at a menu. "So." He leans back against the worn leather of the booth, studying me. "How are you actually doing?" "Honestly? Better than a month ago. Worse than I'd like to admit." "That's fair." He nods. "You look good, though. Tired, but good."

Craig said proudly. Lana spoke without looking up. “Craig, if you don’t have work to do, I can find something for you. We love you both together, just not when the sexual tension is still so much.” Craig immediately sat up straighter. “I’m suddenly very busy, thank you very much.” Victoria smirked. “Amazing recovery.” The moment the clock struck 4 o'clock, Craig was the first one to stand up, cracking all the bones in his body. “Finally! Once it's done, we can take a photo with it and place it at your mother's grave to give her peace of mind." Camellia wanted to refuse, but Andres was insistent, so she reluctantly agreed. The two of them talked happily until the banquet finally came to an end. As the guests gradually left and Cassius came looking for them, they exchanged goodbyes. Just before they parted, Joshua asked, "If you have time... may I ask you out again sometime, Ms. Scott?" Yara smiled and nodded. "Of course. I'm really glad we met, Mr. Stewart. Since we're friends now, you can call me Yara, just like my brother does."

Scott said impatiently, looking across the hall. “Scott please…” I begged, and it fueled him more. “You’ve got what you wanted for a long. My parents, my wealth, and my dignity. Now, leave me and my siblings alone.” He stepped forward, towering over me. His eyes were burning like lava. “How am I supposed to leave you alone, Miss Davidson?” he brought his ear close to my ear. “I’ve been missing you for three months.
