Five Years Too Late, Ex-husband!

Five Years Too Late, Ex-husband!

She doesn’t remember her love for me. All I have to do is to try harder, even if it means that I have to travel to the moon and back. If she fell in love with me before, I can make her fall in love with me all over again. A smile spreads across my face at the thought. The universe has given me a second chance to right my wrongs of throwing everything away. This is my fresh start. And I am not going to waste it. Fifty-three minutes later, Marcus, my assistant texts me a phone number.

Second Chance Mate

Second Chance Mate

Well, I had failed with Shawn, maybe I could give this a try again. I pushed open the creaky front door and what my eyes saw was unbelievable, it was magnificent! A house out of my fucking wildest dreams. It was like a minimized palace where everything was smaller here but just as beautiful. The interior was the complete opposite of its exterior, how deceptive! How marvelous! I beamed and ran into the house, slamming the door behind me. In a corner of the little living room, I saw a staircase that led to another floor, but I was wrong. It didn’t lead up, it led down to a basement. I was hesitant to go down, unaware and frightened of what might be waiting for me in the husky darkness, but the

Second Chance Revenge

Second Chance Revenge

“Human mates are extremely rare, but second-chance mates are unheard of. You must be one powerful anomaly.” She leans back onto the sofa and shakes her head. “I can’t believe this is happening to me. I can’t believe any of this is happening to me. It’s messing with my head.” “I know.” I frown. “And I’m sorry.” I pray she starts to remember her past so she can have some kind of connection to the human world.

Ecstacy: eat me, adore me

Ecstacy: eat me, adore me

It was so damn wrong, so wrong…but it felt so good. The door opened. Mr Douglas suddenly returned to his businessman self, as if his fingers weren't still sticky with my pussy juices. Dad walked back into the room. “I have to take this. My wife has an issue.” Mr. Douglas nodded. “Alright, I'll see you on Monday then. Bright and early.” “Monday,” dad said. “Have a splendid weekend, douglas.” As soon as the door closed, mr. Douglas tugged me to my feet, bent me over the table and pulled down my soaked panties, as if he couldn't wait one more minute. “Spread your legs for me, liza.”

A Second Chance at Life

A Second Chance at Life

Unexpectedly, Rebecca had the audacity to show up at my doorstep, shamelessly wailing outside the Hale Group's building. "I was blind before! I couldn't see the scheme those two snakes were running. Tyler, I've thought about it for the past five years, and I've learned so much! People shouldn't trample on others' sincerity. I've made up my mind—I will be completely devoted to you. Tyler, forgive me for the mistakes I made unknowingly! Please give us another chance. I know now that everything you did was to make me realize the truth. I'm wide awake now. I really know I was wrong, and from now on, I'll love you with all my heart!"

Second Chance Soulmate

Second Chance Soulmate

Nineteen and twenty-one now? Jesus, time flies, she thought wistfully. She glanced at her watch. Five-fifty. It does indeed. She grabbed her phone and purse, overcame the couch calling to her telling her to play it safe, and firmly locked her front door. *** As she walked toward Book Keepers, the knot in Faith’s stomach seemed to grow and grow. Just a meal, it’s just a meal, she chanted in her head as if it were a talisman warding off evil.

The Rip

The Rip

****** A second chance Gabe stood on the edge of the cliff, the cool morning air brushing against his face as he watched the horizon. A new day was dawning. He thought of those who had died—friends, innocents, all lost in the fight against an evil so ancient and powerful it had nearly consumed the world. But amid the sorrow, there was hope. A second chance. The rising sun bathed the landscape in pure golden light, warm and honest. Gabe looked down at the idol cradled in his hands. It was warm now, faintly humming as if something deep within it still breathed.

Her Second Chance

Her Second Chance

I need to get some medications. That Alpha left the cell and I felt myself lose consciousness and everything went dark. I woke up later and noticed he was gone. I tried standing up but I couldn't. I had to wait for some minutes to gather strength and I tried again. I was able to stand up but I had to use the wall to balance myself. I left the basement and headed out of the pack house to go outside. Everywhere was dark and that meant I only had little time to rest well and take care of myself before I started working again.

The Victim

The Victim

"Levine-" "I trusted you with my own damn life. That friendship that we had, 5 years ago if I'm not mistaken- it's gone. It's ashes now. It's nothing but dust. And I don't recall any fucking thing, reviving ashes. Because that's what they simply are- ashes. So that girl who loved you and trusted you- is no longer there. I don't believe in second chances, and you being my once old friend- should know that. I'd appreciate it if you stopped rekindling things- cause it'll never, ever be the same. There's many reasons why I don't give out second chances, let me name a few since I've got nothing else to do. Reason number one, is that

Destined Alpha of Change

Destined Alpha of Change

I felt like I had run a marathon. I followed him as we walked down the hallway. People looked at me curiously, clearly realizing that I was an outsider. Some women were ogling me, but that shit no longer appealed to me. Nobody could hold a candle to Beauty. ‘Are you all in now? They believe in second chances but not thirds. If they give us another shot, we can’t fuck it up,’ Neo told me. ‘I’m all in and will do whatever is necessary to deserve that second chance. But I’ll understand if my actions can’t be forgiven.’

Enjoyed the story a lot. I loved the series before it, and this great follow-up. I will say the only drawback was that there was a bit too much sex in this book as compared to the previous two in the series. Still very good though.
