"Tomorrow is the video conference with the executives from France at 9:00 am and after that, the advertising department would need your impression on a few matters, then there is the board meeting with the executives of the company at noon and for the rest of the day, it would only be paperwork...Sir."

They made some conversation about country related matters and then loosened as the minutes went by.
