"What a day?" Selena mutters as she dropped a piece of paper that was given to her earlier. She had been out hunting for jobs since she relocated to California in the United States, she had left all that she had known while growing up and her family in Italy. I took out my phone, discreetly recording the precious moment. He carefully placed the baby into the car seat, then turned around, catching me in the act. Swiftly, I put my phone away, and he approached me, chuckling as I laughed and backed away. With a mischievous smirk, Hayden sprinted after me, and I turned, attempting to flee as fast as I could.
