Serenity always knew she was different. From the age of 13, she's been able to bend people to her will, with a mere word, scratched into her skin. but with that gift, comes consequences... and when those consequences catch up with her, Serenity has to make a decision, which will ultimately lead her into a fight between good and evil... and might bring about the apocalypse.

   Nang dahil sa kahirapan at mga hindi inaasahang pangyayari, isa lamang ang maaaring puntahan ni Serenity Mendez–kulungan o simbahan. Makukulong siya kung hindi niya mababayaran ang kanyang mga utang at ito ang pinakaayaw niyang mangyari kahit gumuho man ang mundo. Paano na lang ang kanyang kapatid na may malubhang sakit? Kaya naman, wala siyang ibang nagawa kundi ang pumayag na magpakasal kay Sage Christensen, ang apo at tagapagmana ng kanyang matandang boss, kapalit ng hindi matutumbasang halaga. In an attempt to reach out to her birth parents and she later reveals that they were killed by Alpha Roman. The Moon Goddess blessed Shadow with unique abilities to aid her in the war to come with Roman on one condition, to accept Savon as her mate and produce an heir. Karissa, the Beta's sister, expected to be the next Luna so she tries to sabotage the Alphas relationship but gets banished. The Beta and Karissa team up with Alpha Roman and attack Moon Stone Pack. Shadow goes back to the human realm and challenges Karissa & Roman. Savon learns of the Beta's betrayal and kills him. Shadow takes her place as Luna and produces a heir, Serenity Owens.
