The Shadow Alpha

The Shadow Alpha

My eyes widened in shock. “The reason she created the Shadow Wolf is to give assistance to fellow packs, the Shadow Wolf is meant to train other packs and help them to grow stronger in order to fight off the enemy that threatens to destroy the order of pack life. The Shadow Wolf must learn and master control of each of its gifts in order to be successful in its purpose.” he explained frankly, as if he were telling a story, rather than my purpose on this earth. “The book explains in detail how each of the gifts are discovered and controlled, it also explains that the wolf will shift for the first time on the night of a blue moon when the body of its human is strong enough to handle the shift.

I absolutely loved this book. I had a hard time putting it down. Well structured and well written. I'm looking forward to hopefully reading a sequel. I'd love to see what Mother Selene has in store for Allison.

2/3rd of this book was incredibly good. Then it started skipping and jumping ahead which made it feel like there were a lot of things left unsaid and unfinished, also quite a few things were left unanswered and so many questions remain. The ending was left in a cliffhanger and that was about 1yr ago

The Shadow Husband

The Shadow Husband

Almost there. But as she neared the exit, a large shadow emerged from behind a stack of old wooden crates blocking her path. A man stepped out of the darkness with unnerving calmness, as if he had been waiting for her there all along. Claire stopped so suddenly she nearly stumbled. Her eyes went wide as she recognized the figure standing before her. "Arthur?" Her voice came out hoarse, barely audible.

Shadows of the Past

Shadows of the Past

It bathed the entire sky in a reddish light that danced as if out of flames; the sky hosting a dance of lights and shadows from mystical worlds. There was a battle between the day that would not go away and the night that was ready to beautify the entire land with its wonders. The last glimmer of the sun struggled in vain to stay in the blackened sky, but slowly faded into the distance, giving way to the mysterious moon that silently rested in the sky, mirroring its beauty into the dark sea. It was accompanied by the little shining jewels that enriched the sky with their glitter, resembling little marbles of ice.

The Moon Shadow

The Moon Shadow

Beta William and Uncle Marcus were left to maintain order among us. The crowd, initially subdued, gradually grew more animated. Laughter and chatter filled the air as people attempted to while away the time. Someone took out some bottles of alcohol from their bags and engaged in friendly rounds of games; a group gathered to play cards; mates and friends danced in the two-meter-wide corridor, and the rest cheered them on. Amidst this festive atmosphere, Susie pulled out a thick copy of "Moby Dick" to read. Meanwhile, I retrieved a needle and thread from my pocket, continuing to sew baby clothes for my unborn child. "We might not be able to shower tonight. There are only six bathrooms here, an

This time the cloaked figure met him at the top of the stairs and said, "Not tonight. Let's explore." They walked deeper into the hall and entered a library and the figure pulled a book off of the shelf and opened the page without ever showing Anders the spine of the book. Anders was too trusting in his dreams, for dream casting wasn't a power known to either the Schatten or the Toten in the 1100's. To Anders this was just a silly dream and nothing more. "Let's read poetry this evening. The words are so hauntingly beautiful and you will make them just sing off of the page. Here try this."

My Dark Desirable Wolf

My Dark Desirable Wolf

But deep down, I know this place is no simple refuge. It’s a trap. One we’ve set for ourselves. “It’s close—just a bit farther,” Shadow tells me, and I hear the effort behind his words. The weight he carries is heavier than I ever wanted to admit. He’s not just fighting for his life—he’s fighting for mine. And that’s something I can’t ignore. We slip into the cave without a sound, seeking refuge in its shadows. The darkness is thick, and as our eyes adjust, I see the walls are covered in strange carvings—symbols I don’t recognize. Marks etched by something older than us. Much older.

Shadows Of The Dark Heart

Shadows Of The Dark Heart

She shut the diary quickly and held her chest it was to much for that her breath are getting short. She was about to step back when she noticed a box placed high on top of a cupboard. Almost hidden. The way it was hidden, something about it crossed her mind. She dragged a chair carefully across the floor, its screeching sound echoing into the walls of the room. She climbed up, her hands reaching for the old cardboard box placed on top of the cupboard, almost hidden in the shadows. She pulled it down. A little dust covered it, and as she wiped it off, her heartbeat grew louder. After everything she had just seen, she somehow wasn’t ready for whatever was coming next.

The Shadow Howlers

The Shadow Howlers

Wolves were running all over, and then she got a mindlink. "The Shadow Howlers are here, and it looks like they came to fight," Her dad said in the mindlink to the pack. Why would The Shadow Howlers come to their pack? They were the pack that basically policed other packs, but The Last Moon Pack hadn't done anything wrong. In fact, they were so vanilla that Bianca hoped her mate would take her away. She picked Trisha up and ran toward the pack house. They got to the front porch just as the warriors arrived.

The Prince Who Was Raised in Hell

The Prince Who Was Raised in Hell

Then, they smashed to the ground just like meteorites, splashing large swaths of soil everywhere. The Shadow Megabat roared wildly and flapped its wings violently. All of a sudden, many bats rushed toward the beam of light, trying to block it. However, as soon as these bats hurried into the light beam, they vanished in the blink of an eye, not leaving any traces. Then, the Shadow Megabat raised its black pitchfork, wanting to block the light. Bang! The black pitchfork was instantly deformed and bent, hitting the Shadow Megabat's chest and sending it flying down from the air like a giant fly.

What happened to the original writer of this book? The new writer is a far cry from the first one in terms of style, creativity, dialogue and story telling. He has turned a once very arresting story into a very boring one. It is sad.
