Howard commanded, his voice grave. "Got it!" the Judge barked. After the call, Howard phoned Talia to reassure her once more, urging her not to worry. As Howard made his way, the entrance of a club in Mareno City's east side buzzed with activity as eight Shadow Sect members stepped briskly from their vehicle, their faces set in grim determination, a chill presence emanating from them. "Welcome to our establishment!" A group of men strode into the lobby, drawing surprised glances from the hostesses in yellow dresses who greeted them with a bow. Each hostess eyed the eight newcomers with a mix of curiosity and disbelief.

"This is going to be fun." The Moon's Shadow club was buzzing with activity when we arrived. The exterior was understated—black stone walls with a single neon crescent moon marking the entrance. Inside, however, was a different world entirely. Crystal chandeliers cast a soft glow over plush velvet furniture, and the air was thick with expensive perfumes and the distinct scent of werewolves in their prime. Our entrance caused an immediate stir. Conversations paused, heads turned, and I could feel dozens of eyes tracking our movement across the room.

I’m out behind the club, where there shouldn’t be anyone else present except perhaps a raccoon raiding the dumpster. Yet as I watch, four shadowy figures emerge from the darkness. The dance floor, located at the heart of the club, was alive with bodies swaying to the music. Men with chiseled physiques walked shirtless, their muscles rippling with every move, while women showcased their confidence in alluring lingerie sets. The club's dim lighting added an air of mystique, allowing glimpses of bare skin and the subtle play of shadows.
