Shane stared at him walking towards the exit of the building and was about to call him but didn't at last, well aware he should inform him about Lilian. He might be Lilian's cousin brother but he kept the thought aside and reached for the private elevator. Willow had tried Aiden's number which was unavailable and then not getting what to do, they thought of calling Shane. It took Shane almost half an hour to reach the club and by the time Lilian was already dead drunk and ranting on something whereas Elena and Willow weren't understanding what to do...

He went ahead to pay his respect to the dead. He stood before Trevor's picture frame and bowed. He lit a candle and dropped a flower. He made another bow and turned to leave. As he turned around, he bursted into Dr Kurz. He was taken by surprise. "Wow, doctor… I didn't know that you are a friend to Daniel Sawyer," Shane said in astonishment. "Well, what do I do? I couldn't look the other way, I got an invite," Dr Kurz said and began to walk away from Shane.
