I said as I groaned and stretched. Both of us got out of bed and headed for the bathroom. It was not unusual for both of us to share the bathroom in the mornings. We agreed it saved valuable time so we could sleep a little longer. I took a leak then went over to the shower to warm it up. Kim finished using the toilet before stepping into the shower with me. We had a morning habit of washing each other's back before each of us would wash our other body parts. When our shower was finished we dried off and walked over to our separate sinks to do our personal grooming.

The bathroom tiles gleamed in the soft light, the shower stall beckoning like a refreshing oasis. With a gentle ease, Noah set her down, his hands lingering on her waist as he turned on the shower. The water cascaded down, a refreshing deluge that enveloped them both. Hazel's eyes closed, her head tilting back, as the cold water washed away the fatigue and stress of the day.

After starting it, she saw Shawn's conversation with Jessica on the screen again. Shawn: "Change of plans. We can't do it in the office tomorrow." Insatiable Jess: "What? I'm so disappointed." Surely they should shower first if they were going to meke love? Shower? Who had time for a shower when the arrow was already on the bowstring? But if he didn't shower, she would nag, so he took a deep breath. Since they had to shower, they might as well do it together. It could be a form of intimacy. Before she could react, he pulled her into the room and straight to the bathroom, even turning on the air conditioner!

So we already know we cohabitate well. Since becoming a couple, the only adjustments we’ve had to make are now we share a bed, and we share rather than waiting for the other to finish their shower. And while you’d think sharing a shower would be more efficient time-wise, it isn’t. Every time I join her in the shower or vice versa, I can’t keep my hands off her, and we end up shagging in the shower before work.
