Chasing my Luna

Chasing my Luna

Chapter 154 – The Fractured Star’s Whisper The silver sea churned below the jagged cliff, its waves crashing against the rocks, spraying mist that stung Jessica’s face. The cracked sky above pulsed with dark veins, the fracture’s shadow whispering through the wind, twisting the cries of the planet’s people into a cacophony of discord. Jessica’s hollowness flared, a steady beacon sensing the fracture’s cunning, its power unraveling the love that bound this world. Kade stood beside her, claws unsheathed, amber eyes scanning the horizon, his love a warm pulse in her hand.

TIME TO FALL IN LOVE

TIME TO FALL IN LOVE

[The Rising Tide] The sound was not a roar; it was a groan, a deep, tectonic weeping that vibrated through the soles of my feet and into my very marrow. Through the reinforced glass of the Core, the horizon of New Macau was changing. The sea, once a shimmering sapphire girdle around our high-tech paradise, was retreating with an unnatural, predatory speed. It left behind miles of grey, glistening silt and gasping reefs—a bared throat waiting for the knife.

Shattered Vows

Shattered Vows

The question lingered in my mind: where did he even find the resources to throw such extravagant gatherings? Heading to the kitchen, I poured myself a glass of water, mustering the courage to confront Edward. Returning to the room, I hurled the water at him, breaking the glass as it shattered on the floor. "What the hell!" he exclaimed, his gaze locking onto me. "Are you sober now?" I demanded, discarding the glass with a resonating crash. The women looked at me in shock, their expressions betraying a mix of fear and disbelief. Perhaps I was on the brink of insanity dealing with this fool.

Shattered Bonds

I say, before rereading the prophecy. When the flower of spring Eases the pain of night She will begin to heal He who is broken "Okay, that part makes sense. Although, similar to what GoldMoon told us, the word ‘broken’ isn’t exactly accurate. Dominic isn't broken, he was abused and scarred.” “It’s semantics, Princess, just like with the Blessing of the Ceryneian Hind, or as we now call it, The Gift of the Ceryneian Hind, Dominic is described as broken. Maybe the prophecy used that word because he can’t shift.”

I feel like Richie was ripped off in this book, he didn't do anything wrong and he was treated as though he did. if he led Gwen before his mate on or if she was an old fling I'd understand. I also didn't like how we got snippets of the other siblings love lives as if there won't be a book on them.

Unshatter Me

His eyes never left hers and neither did her eyes leave his. From where I was standing,I also noticed that the colour of their eyes were shifting Maybe I was wrong Maybe it wasn't what I thought it was Maybe I was being delusional Maybe this is a fucking nightmare and none of it was real But all it took was one word for me to feel shattered and broken beyond brink "MATE!" Author's note Not me taking my sweet time to update. Thank you for those who are reading this book voting and commenting. I love y'all

A Shattered Heart Can't Be Pieced Back

Just before the bomb exploded, I closed my eyes in despair and sent one final message through mind-link. "In the name of the Moon Goddess, I hereby sever my Mate Bond with you." And with that, I cut the mind-link.

shattered vows

shattered vows

Tears streamed down her face as she finally felt a sense of freedom inside her. She had broken free from all the pain and hurt. Most of all, she had finally broken free from the cage of her broken heart. Veda looked at the art she had created from her own emotions and self experience. In her canvas, a woman rises phoenix-like from turbulent blue ocean waters. Her arms outstretched, face tilted towards the light as she unfurls her delicate golden-tipped wings, shedding the shackles of her past, breaking free from the cage of her broken heart.

Shattered Vows

Liam stood nearby, silent, unreadable. "Come," Ella said softly, guiding me to the couch. "I'm sorry. Was I shouting too much?" I tried to smile, to ease her guilt. But it came out twisted, hollow. "It wasn't your shouting," I said, my voice weak. "It was the glass. When it shattered, it... brought something back." "Oh, dear." Her hand closed gently over mine, trying to steady the tremble. "Here," Liam said quietly, offering me a glass of water. I stared at him for a moment, surprised. Then I took it. The cold water slid down my throat and seemed to calm the storm in me, at least for now.

Shattered by His Own Hand

The sun was warm as its rays filtered through the windows. I tore up the DNA test report. Finally, all the love and hatred in the past could be sealed away in these torn-up fragments now scattered across the floor.

Shattered Vows

“Our vow. Our promise. Our life.” He leaned in, pressing his forehead to mine. “It’s ours. Completely, unshakably, and forever.” The waves rolled in at our feet, white foam kissing the sand, and for the first time in years, I felt the past, present, and future merge seamlessly. Every scar, every tear, every heartbreak had led me here—to this moment of clarity, of freedom, of love. I whispered to the sea, my voice carried by the wind: “To love, to lose, to rise again—and never to forget who I am. I vow it. I promise it. I live it.”
