Hope of the Dying World

Hope of the Dying World

“As I’ve thought… Got it.” Czaquira ready her pen and paper while Blair was dictating the code they needed to decipher. The letter’s too tiny for them and Blair has 20/20 vision. She could easily read the characters unlike the others inside that special room. “R-O-M-12:12—12|13|14|15 II-C-O-R-4:10—31|32|33|34|35 J-O-H-N-3:16—17|18|19|20|21

Mated To My Beta Stepbrother

Mated To My Beta Stepbrother

The first communication from Aria arrived the following morning at seven forty-two. It came through the encrypted channel as a seven-character coded string that required the manual decryption key I had memorized rather than stored, because stored keys had failure modes that memorized keys did not, and I had spent two hours on the key before Aria’s deployment until the decryption process was as automatic as possible. I decoded the string at my terminal with my body positioned to prevent anyone behind me from reading the screen, which was habit rather than necessary caution given who was in the operations room at this hour, and the decoded message appeared in plain text.

The Divorcee's Ultimate Revenge System

The Divorcee's Ultimate Revenge System

She stared directly into the shattered remnants of his soul. "Because I know exactly who paid your debt," Chloe whispered, ensuring Julian could not hear her words over the hum of the fluorescent lights. "I know everything, Liam. You never had any power. You were just a temporary placeholder. And now, your time is completely up." Chloe straightened her posture and turned to Julian. "The master cipher is October fourteenth," Chloe announced clearly, her voice echoing in the cold room. "Format the date numerically, followed by the initials of his holding company. That will disable the automated trigger."

The Ninth Cipher

The Ninth Cipher

One flame. Then two... Then all nine. The temperature dropped instantly. Evelyn wrapped her jacket tighter. "What are they doing?" The stranger looked up. "They're counting." "Counting what?" He didn't answer. Instead, he stared at Adrian's brass key. The engraved numbers were changing again. 9... 18... 41... 1... And now... 2 Lucien's eyes widened. "The Second Cipher has already chosen its location." Adrian frowned. "You mean we're supposed to go there next?"

Mikael asked her. “Ottendorf, and it’s a general name for ciphers that uses books, or other form of text, as a key. One of the most common ones is to use a three number sequence for each letter or word, the number being the page, line and letter or word of a specific book,” Rayvin told them. “Okay,” Ben said, a little unsure.

Billionaire's Accidental Wife

Billionaire's Accidental Wife

"A polyalphabetic cipher." "Worth a try?" Shawn responded as Catherine tapped the tablet and scrolled for something more. Catherine murmured under her breath, clearly relieved to have finally accomplished something. "Shawn, you can start substituting the letters as I read this…" "OK." "The Vigenère cipher is probably the best-known example of a polyalphabetic cipher, though it is a simplified special case. The idea was to encipher the first letter of the message using the first shifted alphabet, so A became B, B became C, etc. The second letter of the message was enciphered using the second shifted alphabet, etc."

Caesar Incognito

Caesar Incognito

Catherine saw this and smiled gladly. The coachman whipped the horses and the carriage started moving. All the while, Catherine and Hadrian’s eyes are locked at each other, he stretched out his hand to her and she did the same, but they could not reach each other as the horses galloped. Before he knew it, his feet started moving along with the carriage. He ran as the carriage picked up speed and stopped only when it passed through the Swiss gate. He looked on even as the carriage disappeared from his view.

the Commander demanded, stepping closer to the dais, his hand resting casually on the grip of his holstered sidearm. Elara pressed her thumb firmly against the drive's integrated scanner. A laser swept across her print, analyzing her pulse, her temperature, and her unique physiological markers. The red padlock icon shattered, replaced by a complex, rapidly shifting alphanumeric grid. "The cypher key changes every thirty seconds," she explained, her fingers flying across the terminal's physical keyboard with practiced, frantic speed. "I have to manually align the decryption algorithm with the current iteration." The progress bar appeared at the bottom of the screen. TRANSFER INITIATING... 10%

Here, takes a look at this," Casya pulled out a piece of paper from the pocket of her leather jacket and showed the code she wrote was found on the cellphones of the three victims. 1415114423 333452 2334441531 42343421443435 445234 344544 3421 4423421515 “The three received the same code,” he added. "Did you know what these codes mean?" "Not yet, but the cipher used is based on Polybius Square text. They're still trying to decode these numbers." Mike's upper lip was lifted. "This time the killer left a clue," his voice was weak, just right for Casya to hear.

The League of Rogues

The League of Rogues

"A cipher decoder. A select few of us use them to decode letters. They are quite rare. The ring of symbols can be adjusted to match new letters. At the top of any correspondence we will match one letter and symbol in the top corner and once you have this you can mimic the matching pattern and decode the entire letter." Charles pressed the latch and the false bottom appeared. "What in the blazes" How had a cipher decoder ended up in his bedchamber? And more importantly, who had left it here? He hastily tucked the watch into his dresser drawer beneath some neatly folded shirts. That was a mystery he would have to solve once Rafe was better. Ashton would be too worried about his brother to focu
