I can't express it. Yesterday at the morning glory cafe, I was so happy to see her. She looked stunning in her work clothes, so neat and lovely. Her hair was pulled into a pony tail and it's been a long time since I saw her like that. She still has her love for tuna but the fact the others know about it really annoys me. It annoys me more when someone knows her more than I know her. I didn't know that she hates tomatoes. She gave it to Sean without any words and Sean ate it like it's normal for them both.

“My goodness, you scared the life out of me!” Aunt Caroline was a short and plump woman in her mid-forties. Her hair was always dyed blonde because she took after her idol Madonna. She kept her face hidden with all the cosmetics she covered it. The only time she was seen without her make-up was when she applied facial mask. “Aunt Caroline? What’s got you all fired up?” Yet inside Ellaine’s head she was still thinking about the empty town and the huge tree. “You were having a bad dream!”

Amelia replied through the mind-link. "You don't have to worry about that, I promise, I won't get into your head again, I wasn't even planning to, enjoy your shopping and don't forget, it is either color black Ir sea green, nothing else," Shirley said through the mind-link, then she ended it immediately she was done without waiting for Amelia's replied.

She had initially come to bring Mark some food but she had not been prepared to hear such news. How could that bitch still be alive? And from what she heard; she might have been saved by the legendary alpha Ashton. On the day of the summit, she had been looking forward to seeing the only alpha, at the mention of his name, her heart thumped wildly. But not only had he not shown up, but it was his beta who came to give his half-hearted apology. Lily never imagined that the reason alpha Ashton had not shown up at the meeting was that he was busy tending to the woman, she despised the most.

Kelly’s POV I couldn’t get the image out of my mind, Shirley dancing with Ivan, so close, so effortlessly. My chest ached with jealousy, and I tried really hard to control it. I had been interested in Ivan for months, and seeing him with her felt like a betrayal. How could she? She did not even know how to dance properly, and yet he held her hand and taught her, looked at her like she was special. “I’m ready to go, Kelly,” Shirley said. Her eyes sparkled, confidence shining through like a new light.

Mrs Angela said, smiling gleefully. Tracy Molly turned, her radiant smile beaming as she showcased an effortless grace. Her poised demeanour was matched only by her stunning appearance. Her dress flowed elegantly around her, accentuating her feminine assets. Wade's eyes widened slightly in surprise as Tracy approached the table, her gaze meeting his. His mother, Mrs Angela, looked triumphant, clearly pleased with Tracy's grand entrance. "Isn't she beautiful, Wade?" Mrs Angela asked, her voice tinged with an air of assurance.

“Babe I know how difficult it must be for you right now… but you’re strong. I trust you! You’re going to bounce back and you’re going to find an opportunity that is even more amazing than this one. I know it’s hard, but don’t give up, okay?” I sighed at Sandra’s words. She said she knew how difficult it must be for me in that moment. But she didn’t! Sandra was born with a silver spoon in her mouth, and it didn’t matter that we were best friends… I had always known that she was better-off than I was and I had gotten used to it. Sometimes, resentment had come into the picture… but I had killed it before it could turn into something terrible.

she shouted excitedly. A girl walks towards them, dressed in a uniform for salesladies. She showed a professional smile and bowed to them. "Good afternoon, may I ask what you are looking for so I can assist you," the girl said. "Oh we're just looking for clothes for babies," Tara said. "May I ask how many months old the baby is?" The girl asks in a businesslike manner. Amelia reflexively held her flat stomach, "The baby's not born yet" she said and a gentle smile formed in her lips.

Still, Violet wasn't interested in any of them. "I'll keep looking," Shirley said in a resigned voice. "Bear in mind that I'm not looking for perfection," Violet said before turning her attention to the other tasks. "And please, hurry up." "Yes, Your Grace." Shirley gave a bow before turning away. ~*~ Back in her office, Shirley flung herself down on her chair and let out a heavy sigh. She rubbed her temple, feeling an upcoming migraine. Suddenly, her cell phone rang. She frowned at the unknown number from overseas but answered it anyway.

Alex smiled at her. Shirley had initially come here to seize the opportunity, fearing that Alex would snatch it all. Thus, she jumped into the water without hesitation. An overwhelming chill engulfed her the moment she entered, but it nourished her spirit and bone patterns. “Alex, do you think this pool formed this tree, or did this tree form the pool?” Shirley said.
