Mortal
When he tries to get up, I kick him in the face.
I hear someone coming from behind. Spinning around, I block a punch. This one is fast, but I’m strong. I grab his arm, and he grunts. His eyes widen as I twist him around, and he’s defenseless as I throw him into the pool.
Water splashes, the ice blue water turning brown, and the man yells.
“It burns,” he cries. “It burns!”
So I was right to not get into the water. Thank God.
The crack of a whip soars through the air, and I duck it. A Silver Hunter with long blonde hair peeking out from her helmet advances on me.
