Knowing even though she is not awake, she is still using all her energy to try and save me, from this never-ending sorrow. Dark circles are all I see around me, looking into all these exhausted faces of the people I love and care most for in this hard world. Knowing I am the cause for all their suffering, makes my body feel over racked with pain and devastating sadness, making my stomach churn. Weeping inside everytime I look into their eyes, watching all the happiness slip away. I don't know how to help them or myself. Except to maybe leave my pack territory and go in search of the man my heart is longing for.

One of the most painful things on earth is to lose a loved one. Whether in death or heartbreak. It's a pain different from all others. You feel every burn, every ache, your senses awaken, and greedily await a memory to sip in and then wreck your entire being. She took everything. His Light. His Heart. His Soul. It had no end. For years it went on like it would never end. But, it did. He ended it all.

Richard I stood in the midst of death and grief, surrounded by the heavy silence that only tragedy can bring. Everywhere my eyes land, there is the corpse of my people, with their loved ones grieving for their loss. Isa is just another nobody that doesn’t care if I die tomorrow. And those two corpses, oh how I miss them out of nothing. Why? Why am I grieving for you? Why do I care? Grief is like a ball in a mason jar filled with a single ping-pong ball. All this time, a fourth-dimensional hand keeps on shaking this jar, and every time the ball hits the glass walls of the jar it hurts. It fucking hurts so much. Why am I allowed to hurt?

It was just simply sadness. I strolled into the bathroom, my heart heavy with a profound sadness that seemed to consume me. It felt as if I were being slowly drowned, every avenue of air cut off, leaving me gasping for breath. After listening to Pang Tong’s poem in addition to seeing how thin Yvette looked, Darryl was heartbroken and inspired to personally write a completely new poem based on Pang Tong’s and his own emotions. The first two lines, ‘Where the idle sorrow is, it fills the sea and fills our words.’ represented how depressed Darryl felt for the past few days.
