Asher and Aspen had a den in their house with a big screen television so they all went in there while the adults stayed in the living room. Emerson loved their den. It was the coziest room she had ever seen. Well, her living room with the floor to ceiling glass doors was pretty cozy too. But the den at the twins house was next. It had two walls of bookcases filled with books, a wood burning fireplace and the big tv. They’d brought popcorn and snacks so they all got comfy on the sectional and turned on a Christmas movie. It just so happened that Em ended up in between Asher and Gray. Gray wasn’t a big talker, but Em knew he was a good guy.

My palms itched to touch his rugged body, to feel his heart thumping against them and to make him shudder with lust. He walked me toward the bed, not moving his eyes from mine for a second, and made me sit on the edge. Taking my hands, he put them on his chest and I roved them on his rough skin, over the tattoos that marked one side of his brawny chest—the dragon, its tail wrapping around his waist and ending at the loin.
