Smiling widely, I began to scan the place and saw different kinds of books, from the old ones to the new ones. “Not bad coming with you here, Ryle. If only they would allow the public to visit.” I completely forgot the animosity I had towards Ryle. My focus was on the extensive collection of books lining up in front of me. I started to grab the books one by one to check, with Ryle following me from behind. I noticed little notes on the sides of the bookshelves, indicating the types of books in each section. One caught my attention – Flowers. I ran to that bookshelf.

Aurelia's POV When my buttocks started feeling numb, I adjusted my sitting position and placed the book in between my laps, flipping through the pages of the book to see if the writer had written more stuff between the pages. But unfortunately, there was none, the novel contained only the diary page. Quickly, I placed the book aside and started rummaging through the remaining pile of books beside me, scattering them and putting them aside in spite of the dust it caused. I opened every book, peering deep at the pages as I flipped through them. But there was nothing more. Oh no. What should I do now?

I feel like the book will answer some of my questions. "I already read the entire book," Clinton uttered, and Sabrina nodded her head. Sabrina put the thick book on the center table. She flips the cover and turns the pages. We are all silent. Only the flipping of the pages creates a sound while Sabrina reads it silently. All Sabrina saw in the book, I also saw. I just leaned my back on the sofa and closed my eyes. Every page is getting more interesting. "Look, this phrase here..." Sabrina mumbled out of the blue, and her eyebrows furrowed together like she was assessing something in her mind.

"I'll be right here." I get up and wander toward the book sections. The library is organized by subject, with fiction on one side and non-fiction on the other. I'm not really sure what I'm looking for, so I just start walking through the aisles, letting my eyes scan the shelves. I pass through the science section, then the history section, then literature. Nothing really grabs my attention until I reach the yearbook section. As I'm browsing through the section, one particular book catches my eye. It's a black book, smaller than most of the others on the shelf, and something about it draws me toward it.

I pressed lightly against one of the books. Nothing. I tried another. Still nothing. “Maybe it’s not the books,” Jacob said. “Then what?” He leaned closer, examining the wood itself. “Back panel,” he murmured. I blinked. “What?” “Sometimes compartments aren’t in the books,” he said. “They’re behind them.” My heart started pounding faster. “Help me,” I said. We began pulling books out carefully. One by one. Stacking them on the floor. The shelf slowly emptied. My hands moved faster now.

Khyrix immediately stepped between me and the text, "Let me go through it." He laid the book on the table. As he carefully opened the heavy cover to the table of contents, I leaned over his shoulder, holding my breath. There was a strange substance growing all over the pages. Whatever it was, it grew like a network of veins, wrapping tightly around the edges of each sheet. Khyrix’s eyes scanned down the table of contents, instantly opening to page four hundred and thirteen. The page revealed a highly detailed, hand-drawn illustration. It was an exact replica of the massive tree that stood at the heart of our academy grounds.

Dan said, and I nodded. Soon after, we got to section B-2, and Beta Dan started pulling out some books. “I believe these ones are more likely to have what you’re looking for,” he said, handing me a book and another while he himself kept busy studying a page. I started to fiddle with the first book, scrolling page by page. The images and writing fonts were good, but not what I came for, so my interest dwindled. I believe I was reading something about rogues from the eastern side when I started to feel woozy, my eyes heavy and battling to stay open.

It also had nymphs drawn on the cover and side of the leaves. "There will also be a red book like aged blood, next to it will be a light blue diary, drawing clouds." The young woman went after the other books while remembering which books to pick up on which shelves to pick up. The red book had a pungent smell, as if it had been painted with blood and pain. Artemisia felt totally uncomfortable picking up that book, it was as if everything that had happened badly to her and that she had forgotten would come back with force and brutality because of that book.

'' Sylvia smiled. As she began reading, she realized that everything she had read before was referenced in the few final chapters. It just seemed like whoever wrote it wanted her to remember some of the things she had read. As she turned the last page, something fell off one of the pages. This had never happened before and she was quite surprised about it. ''What is this?'' Sylvia murmured.
